"Cold..so cold."
Dipull said as he fell to the ground the snow surrounding everything as Wind blew Dipull stood Backup as the forest densed, the snow crunching under his feet. His breath formed short see through white breaths in the frigid air as he gazed ahead. He had been running for hours, guided by the tales Drusilla had told him, and now, he felt a sense of Determination driving him forward. He couldn't waste time "Bob's life depended on him."
Dipull took step by step and ventured deeper into the forest, the trees moved and wove from side to side, their branches intertwining as they tightened together forming a cover that blocked out the sun. The air was colder here he thought, but there was only silence as it enveloped the area. *Crack* Dipull's senses were turned on high alert. There is someone else hier, his eyes moved as his hands tightened around his wooden sword looking for any signs of danger.
A low growl echoed through the Tree's and Air. Dipull Hands shaking and His heart pounded in his chest. Dipull moved slowly wanting to see if this is where this guy is, every bit of his body tensed up not able to calm himself, The growl grew louder as Dipull stepped towards where the sound was coming from, and from the Trees a towering figure with a menacing presence dash towards Dipull!
Admetos III, the guardian of the Cosmic egg. Once a great warrior and Prince, Admetos III's flesh had rotted away as it also had a black glow to it, leaving a skeletal frame wrapped in tattered armor. His eyes glowed with a haunting blue light, and his movements were unnaturally for a being in such a decayed state. He radiated a sense of torment and anger, his hollow soul bound to His own madness in this place.
Admetos slashes with his giant sword at Dipull with surprising speed, his skeletal hands gripping a rusted but deadly sword. Dipull barely dodged the strike, feeling the rush of air as Admetos's blade sliced through the space and trees where he had been standing. Dipull took a step back, keeping a distance Between them, his breath forming quickly, and puffed Nervously in the cold air.
"Mother…" Admetos III's voice echoed, raspy and filled with anguish and Pain as he screamed like a wild animal now moving on his fours with his sword on his back.
Dipull tightened his grip on his wooden sword. "What?"
Admetos hollow eyes flared with an eerie blue light. "w…w-why..why."
Moved towards Dipull at speeds faster than before and Admetos swung his sword from above and straight, as the blade started Merging with the strange black Liquid dripping from Admetos. Dipull ducked just in time, feeling the force of the swing pass through his ohle body. Dipull countered with a slash with his wooden sword to Admetos's ribcage, but his wooden sword bounced off the decayed armor with a dull thud.
Admetos with the back of his hand grabbed Dipull's Leg catching Dipull off guard and then throwing him sprawling into the snow. The impact knocked the wind out of Dipull, and he struggled to regain his come back to his senses.
Admetos dashed towards Dipull again but in time Dipull got Back his consciousness as dodged in time barely making it As Dipull used his smaller size and agility to his advantage, moving around dashing not and trying not to get hit and when Admetos attack Dipull through the trees and using them as cover for the attacks. Admetos' movements only got faster, not giving Dipull a chance to stay one step ahead. But Dipull Dashed from tree to tree, and striking at Admetos from a distance whenever an opening presented itself.
"m..m-mother!" Admetos growled louder, frustration evident in his voice. "Why! WHY WHY WHY!"
As Admetos swung his sword again a powerful strike, Dipull activated the symbol the Original state on his hand. His body turned into a swirling fog, slipping through Admetos's grasp through his Armour. He reformed behind Admetos and Dipull struck with his wooden sword, hitting the grasp's between the armor. The blow landed, and Admetos staggered forward, a growl of pain escaping his lips.
Admetos let out a bone-chilling Scream, his hollow eyes flaring with intense blue light. He swung his sword again from above, this time unleashing an energy blast so Powerful that caught Dipull off guard. The force of the blast knocked Dipull off his feet, sending Dipull crashing into the snow miles away. He groaned in pain, feeling the icy cold deep into his bones as the Blast exposed it made a massive hole going so deep it can't be seen.
As Dipull slowly stood up the Memories recalled his training, the repetitive motions that had honed his skills. And waited, watching Admetos's movements carefully looking at his feet and his arms reach now knowing a bit more of Admetos abilities, Dipull a faint smirk curled up on Dipull's lips. As Admetos dash, Dipull stepped forward and raised his wooden sword and fainted to the left, as Admetos was closer Dipull let go of his sword as he saw Admetos arm and then slipped to the right, and then used turned into a fog to mislead his opponent. But also Admetos's blade swung for above through empty air, and Dipull took this chance to strike at the exposed back of Admetos knee joint.
And then Dipull noticed a brief moment of weakness when Admetos blue faded after striking the Knee. Dipull then timed his movements and counted in his mind to time it, transitioning back into fog and reforming behind Admetos again, and then striking with all Dipull has got. This time, Dipull's wooden sword struck true, hitting another weak point in the decayed and rotten armor and causing Admetos to stumble forward again.
Admetos let out an even louder roar of rage and pain, his skeletal form taking damage. Dipull didn't relent. He kept the attack, using every ounce of his strength and energy. With a series of quick, and fast strikes, he targeted the weak point in Admetos's armor, chipping away at his defenses with everything!
And now the final with a powerful upward swing, Dipull shattered Admetos's Armour and drives his wooden blade into the hollow Prince's chest. And Admetos's blue eyes lost the light, and he let out His final words as his skeletal form collapsed into the snow slowly turning into ash.
"Mother…why..is it..so cold."
Breathing heavily, Dipull stood up, as he felt something change in his mind by these final words of Admetos. He felt lonely but at least now he doesn't need to guard this Egg for entity but the fight wasn't over yet. Dipull needed to find the egg and retrieve the blood that would save Bob. But his body felt like he could just fall over any second and let out a deep sigh and Smiled happy and Said.
"I tried, sorry bob."
Dipull then fell into the snow as this day marks the day where a new Legend will be born.
