Xavier was displeased because he wanted to continue sticking to Leila, and he blamed the two idiots who could not act civilly. He looked at them with increasing contempt after Leila disappeared with Sterling.
"Behave yourselves while Leila is here," Xavier said.
Winston glared at Callum, but he nodded. He knew how vampires acted when they found their fated bloodflame. Callum also agreed because he had a different agenda for coming to Sterling's house.
The group of three went to the living room and sat down in silence for a moment. Winston was the first to speak up because he was a little curious about Leila and her relationship with Xavier.
