When Leila returned to her apartment with Phoebe, she was in a good mood. She and Phoebe sat down for a while and chatted about random things, especially gossiping about their mutual acquaintances from the Muses group.
The atmosphere was much more relaxed because Leila had lost her gloomy mood. Phoebe felt a little better about Leila staying in Lake City, even though she was mad about the people slandering her.
She knew Leila had her thoughts about these issues, and she was more powerful than she let on. If she wanted, she could shock everyone to death with her talents. The thought gave her an idea to help Leila kill some rumours.
"How would you like to be a guest star in a variety show with me?" Phoebe asked.
Leila was startled by the question. She had never thought of being in the public eye. In the past, she was very resistant to being known by anyone because she feared her identity would be leaked and affect Nirvana Village.
