Thaddeus's sudden appearance surprised him, but he didn't find it annoying at all. Instead, he saw it as an opportunity he could utilize.
'This is fine since I'm also planning to visit him.'
One of the doors in the hallway swung open, revealing Renan in his gloves and apron. His gaze shifted between the two before settling on Silas.
"He said he wanted to talk to you," Renan explained. "I told him that I don't want any trouble inside my store."
Silas nodded. "Do you want to go somewhere?"
Thaddeus stood. "Great idea. I really want to visit this new restaurant close to the Commercial Corner, but my assistant wouldn't allow me."
"Sure, I'll come with you. Wait for me outside."
Thaddeus eyed him but nodded, taking his time as he walked towards the door. When the man was already outside, Silas pulled the pouches of Blue Bomb Berries from his pocket and handed them to Renan.
