The warmth in my cheeks only intensified with Alexander's constant caress. It was impossible to look away from him and hide my embarrassment when he was staring into my eyes so intently.
"Did you enjoy yourself?" His eyes went to his chest and his words immediately clicked.
I opened my mouth to say something, but words failed me. Sensing my plight, his thumb grazed my bottom lips, tracing the path where my tongue had just been. At the contact, I flinched at the sensation igniting every nerve in my body.
"Or perhaps," he continued, "you're not satisfied." His hand slid from my cheeks down to my throat, and his thumb pressed gently against the rapid pulse there. "Tell me, Princess, what is it that you want?"
My skin burned under his touch, and I could feel the hunger from last night roar back alive. I couldn't fathom how Alexander could stay so calm, so composed when my heart threatened to beat out of my chest.
