Chapter 94 - XCIV ||| Fangs This, Fangs That

That made all of them giggle, even Oliver.

"What? I'm not a dragon maniac for gold and shite, but getting easy money like that is good. Feels good, definitely. And, to be very honest, I had no idea that was going to happen, Oli told me last freaking minute. In fact," I chuckled, "when he gave me the dress, and the heels, that he got Saint Laurent to make for me in secret, as I had absolutely no idea, I thought he was like, playing a drag queen or something!"

He let out a panicked squeak, "Hel!"

I blinked, "What?! I did think that," I turned to the others who were either shocked, horrified, or laughing their arses off like my team players and Agatta. "He got so pissed, it was cute. But I was genuinely confused. I mean, I wouldn't be against if he was into that stuff, I'm not prejudicial. Though it was weird because he's all big in everything and the dress was too small for him, but who knows, it could have some magic on it."

"Bro, you got a real one," Henrihk exclaimed.

"I know," Oliver said looking at me, in a way that his eyes were almost saying how he's mindlessly in love with me, which made me blush and look away. He's too much. He shows too much. Feels too much for me.

"Still, I didn't expect that, since I'm not used to getting presents from anyone. I was kind of overwhelmed and it took me a minute to understand what was going on. Than he gave me more things, and I was just kind of genuinely stunned. Unfamiliar, but felt good," I rolled my shoulders. "And the dress looked good. I added mom's corset to it, and it was the look. So, he told me about the party the second he gave me the dress, and I didn't really want to go."

"I wanted to stay there, because the idea of going to a party that was supposedly to welcome me, which wasn't needed, and packed with more than half a thousand kids was a bit too much. Especially because they would all be staring at me like I was an alien or some shite," I tilted my head to the right softly, "which in a way may sound about right for them. But still, I don't mind the looks, but the overwhelming amount of eyes on me is very annoying. Then I saw the opportunity to take their money."

"I did it, of course. You all are already rich, and you can pay. And besides, the weapons are very worthy as you all know. You have it, you all can check it. Mom was the best at this after all, and even now, she still is. Her remaining work is still better. And as I told you before, even though I have emotional attachment to it, it'll be better with someone who will use it all the time. Like my daggers and katana for me," I rolled my eyes.

"And though I have personal thoughts about most people, they do not get mess up with business. Cotton candy baby blue hair and mirror pretty fangs knows this. You have to act impersonal, and though I know I don't look like that, I'm perfectly able of doing so. The difference is that I love to piss you all and to mock your arses, which can't be helped. I wanted to sell stuff last night, and so, I did what I could to make the offer attractive."

Oliver giggled, "You don't even need to try for that."

I blinked puzzled, "Of course, I do. It's not like I'm asking them to spend 7 euros. I'm asking for millions, and that needs some sugar-coating. I mean, not necessarily, more like marketing. I think that's what Cosmos called it. He said that it was a key to sell anything for anyone. If you study the one you want to get money from, learn their needs, and come up with a attractive offer that will cover it all, they won't be able to deny," I pointed to Agatta. "I did that to you. Though your weapon was going to stay with me until you took it, because it was meant for you and no one else." I summoned a random lance made of obsidian and citrine. "In the handle of yours, there were panthers sculpted in it, did you see it? It was for you."

As I unsummoned the lance, I put my hands on my hips. "The same for the others. Micro details added that make the weapon yours and yours only. Same goes for the one I gave Felix, Oliver, or the ones I sold to cotton candy baby blue hair and mirror pretty fangs." I pointed at them, than at myself, "Or mine. Also, the one I gave cute-but-bites," I pointed to River. "In fact, my roommates weapons were unique in a way that, it was the only trident, hook middle-sized sword, up and down double-blade scythe, and katana nichirin I had with me."

Yumi's eyes widened, "The only ones?"

A nod, "Yes. Mom made one of each, and each fitted you, powers, race, and need perfectly. So, yes. I had no reason to keep with me weapons that belong to others. I take that stuff seriously."

"You and Oli use similar ones, right?" River asked.

I nodded, "Yes. In fact, I was quick to learn what weapon he used, essentially because his stance was almost identical to mine. That kind of gives me what I need to know what weapon you use. That and looking at your hands, or the way you move yourself. Double daggers and either a katana or a long-sword. That was it for him."

He grinned, "I just need to get jealous and kneel to help her with her boots, and she gave it to me."

I rolled my eyes, "He got annoyed because I had given his little brother a weapon, and also because cotton candy baby blue hair got one too. Plus," I pointed to Felix, "the fact that I gave you two. So, I just gave it to him what was his. That was enough to shut him up."

Oliver pouted, "Makes me sound like a child."

"You do act like one sometimes," I scoffed.

"Will you really give a ruby dagger to compensate for making us buying something that belonged to us?" Irene asked, interest in her eyes.

Then, I summoned three. Two of rubies for her and Rio, and one of moonstone for Agatta. "Here," I handed to each of them. "It'll do the deed well for you. Ruby is a perfect gem for vampires, while moonstone is the one for shifter over all. Blue fangs' dagger handle is of obsidian, mirror pretty fangs' is made of diamond, and black cat's handle is of amethyst. Name them."

"Black cat?" Agatta grinned.

"Suits you. Panthers are like big savage cats, are they not?"

"What's my fang nickname?" Dimitry growled jealous.

"Baldy fangs, of course," I stated matter-of-factly. "Then we have champagne fangs," I pointed to Nevena, "sandy pretty fangs," I pointed to Igor's whose ability is manipulation of sands, "and baby fangs," I pointed to River.

Nevena giggled, "Why champagne?"

"It's a good and pretty drink that has bubbles, you kind of remind me of that." Oliver gasped and she blushed.

"Pretty sounds good," she mumbled.

"Why is my twin brother sandy pretty fangs and I'm just baldy fangs? We are literally twins!" Dimitry complained.

"Oh? It's because of what Felix told me about him before we-"

"No!" He cried. "Aye, don't expose me like that. I'm shy!"

I gasped, "Shy where? You arse ain't shy, Felix. You ain't fooling nobody. You have two boyfriends. Two big guys always with you. That ain't no shy cell in your big dragon body, dear."

He turned strawberry red as the kids laughed and both Henrihk and Igor brought him closer to them, "Ugh, you have no filter, Hel."

"And is that a bad thing?" I tilted my head genuinely curious. "My mom used to tell me that honesty is the key for good relationships even if those relationships are temporary and minor. And Cosmos also told me that honesty is necessary for anything to work, and that I should always be fully honest, no matter if it harms someone, because a painful truth is better than a lie that comforts you. Honesty is what I've learned to go by. But you all act as if it's a problem."

"Almost no one is honest nowadays, Hel," Savannah sighed. "Your crude and brutally honest personality can be a bit overwhelming when all most people know is to lie and be lied to. You don't play games, don't bait around the bush, you are just honest. For people with trust issues, it can also be quite too much."

"But it's not bad," Nevena added. "It's also different because of how you were raised. We learned to deceive and expect to be deceived, you don't play that kind of game. That's why it was hard to understand you when you arrived. No matter what we asked you, you either told us what we asked, or you ignored instead of lying."

I blinked, "Oh? But I know how to lie if I need to. I just don't have any reasons to do this here, with you. You are not the enemies I'm going to fight against. But I was taught how to deceive people, how to manipulate. That's just not my way of action. I mean, except of we are talking about that old bitch, then I'm open to do it. If not, the truth is what I go for."

"You are also innocent in many ways," Rio added.

"It's not that I'm innocent, it's that I'm still learning. Cosmos was not omnipotent, he doesn't know everything there is, but he taught me all he knows. So, there's lots of thing that I'm still learning about. He taught me how I should go around and interact, but it's different when I'm actually out here. I can't stand bullshite, and everyone is full of it."

["Even you!"]

"Never said I was perfect," I rolled my shoulders.
