Allen couldn't help but tilt his head from one side to the other, recalling the security guard's remarks just now. He didn't want to dwell on it, but he couldn't shake the feeling that it was no wonder he felt a little bothered about leaving his briefcase behind.
Not that there was anything Sven could do with it, but he wanted to believe that Sven should have learned his lesson. After stealing a document from Atlas and using it to compete with him—only to end up humiliated in front of a huge crowd—anyone would have learned their lesson. Not to mention that, because of Sven's foolishness, he had been kicked out of his office.
"Maybe the big boss just didn't tell me because it's not a big deal anymore," he told himself, whistling as he stepped out of the elevator. "That's probably it."
