As soon as those words left Zoren's mouth, the people on standby opened the door. Everyone in the room was still processing the information when Atlas walked into the meeting room.
Dean dropped the pen he had been spinning to kill time, wide-eyed. He even heard it echo as it bounced off the floor. Not just him, but everyone — for a moment — had their jaws on the floor.
What in the world was going on?
Everyone wanted to deny this information, especially William and Jonathan. However, how could they deny or convince themselves that they misheard Zoren when Atlas Bennet, in the flesh, was now standing in front of them?
