Because of the incident in the lobby, Zoren kindly insisted that Atlas and Allen stay in his office. Zoren and Benjamin remained for a while, but since their upcoming meeting, they had to leave to ensure everything was settled.
Of course, Zoren didn't have to go, but he thought Atlas wanted some private time. So, out of courtesy, he went to the meeting room earlier and spent time messaging his wife.
"I should've known," Allen huffed, seated across from his boss. "Even before he graduated, he was already doing internships at Global Prime Logistics. Besides, he's the heir. So, he doesn't have to go through a real job hunt. Being the CEO is his actual first job. I never felt so poor for quite some time until now."
Another deep exhale escaped Allen as he looked at Atlas. For some reason, Atlas seemed busy with his phone.
