The rest of the late morning, early afternoon went smoothly. The aides, who had only worked with Artie for a day, seemed to pick up on her work ethic quite quickly.
It wasn't hard to do. Artie's work ethic was basically to try to get everything done quickly, but efficiently. In that regard, Sir Mordred was an asset.
He was quick, able to organise papers quickly, and also could do so without sounding like a prick to the other aides. The previous aides and Sir Mordred worked quite well together, and since they were working through so much, Artie was actually going to be able to assign them different tasks tomorrow.
It was a good sign. Given how much had been left to her. She was making a good headway, but it did make her wonder what she was going to do once it was all done.
"Uh, Sir Lancelot, when I'm not doing this, what does the King normally do?" Artie asked. Sir Lancelot stared at her in silence, before he smirked.
