Chapter 25 - 19 Amendments of Wehrmacht Reichland

Preamble: These are the second supreme continuation laws of the Constitution in Wehrmacht Reichland, considered to be very crucial rules which every citizen is supposed to know and adhere to. In other words, they are foundational laws that govern how the country should be administered, its structure of society, and even how people lead their lives. They were tailored to ensure that there was order and protection of national values along with stability in leading both citizens and the government. For all these reasons, citizens have an expectation also to comply with these amendments, since they form the very core of principles on which the country stands.

Amendment 1: Prohibition of Homosexual Activities: Homosexual activities, for that matter, are strongly forbidden in all of its manifestations within the boundaries of the Reichland. This outlawing of the amendment restricts any romantic or sexual relationships between people of the same sex and promotion, support, or advocacy of any relationship publically or in private. Violators will be subjected to severe legal consequences, including but not limited to imprisonment or further harsher punishments at the discretion of the state. This law is implemented to maintain and preserve the traditional values and moral integrity of the country.

Amendment 2: Religious Activities Are Banned: All kinds of religious activities including worship services, prayer gatherings, or any public display of religious symbols are declared illegal throughout the Wehrmacht Reichland. This amendment maintains a strict separation of any religion from public and private life so that no religious influence can hamper the governance of the state. Anyone, or any group that practices or propagates religious activities, shall be arrested and presented for prosecution with strict punishment. The government enforces this ban to create an entirely secular state without any factors that could lead to division and discord.

Amendment 3: Death to the Anti-government Propagandists: Whosoever shall create, distribute, or propagate propaganda against the government shall be punishable by death. This amendment applies to all forms of communications, whether by speech, writing, broadcasts, or any activity on the internet that defames, denigrates, or casts aspersions on the good name of the state and its leaders. The government shall use surveillance and monitoring systems to detect the offenders and criminal prosecution shall follow. Any person found guilty shall be punishable by death immediately, without appeal. This amendment is aimed at saving the state from the total breakdown of its stability through this spread of this dissent.

Amendment 4: Divorce Legalized: Divorce is now legally recognized and well-under the legislations of the Wehrmacht Reichland. These provide a set of legalities formally having wedding bonds broken, meaning that couples can finally seal the process of disunion from their courts of law. The process includes mandatory counselling, fair asset distribution, and sometimes even parental custody based on a best interest of the child. This amended provision demonstrates how the state recognizes the shift in the social order and reacts to that old-fashioned family legislation in a more dynamic spirit.

Section 5 Compulsory National Youth Scouts (NYS) All individuals who are between the ages of 16 and 27 shall be required to register with the National Youth Scouts. All youth must participate in NYS activities, which aim to self the needs of patriotism, disciple, physical health, and absolute loyalty to the state. Whosoever does not adhere to the above requirement will be fined or will be compulsorily posted within this service for a longer period. The NYS would therefore organize training camps, educational programs, and national service activities that would prepare youth leadership and ensure that they were ready to contribute right-mindedly toward the future of the nation.

Section 6: Legalization of Public Drinking and Smoking: Consuming alcohol and smoking are legalized in public places all across the Wehrmacht Reichland. Permissions Areas in parks, streets, and commercial areas will be allocated by local authorities for private consumption and after-hours access to any public amenities. Areas of alcohol and tobacco distribution and consumption will be supervised by the government with respect to public order and safety. Selling of, and or providing public access to drinking and smoking areas, will require licenses and compliance with regulations that insist on strict health and safety conditions. This amendment intends to balance the personal freedom of a person with the duty of the state to protect public health.

Amendment 7: Universal Access to Free Healthcare: All citizens of Wehrmacht Reichland have the right to avail themselves of such healthcare without payment from the state. All citizens of Wehrmacht Reichland have the right to avail themselves of such healthcare without payment from the state. This amendment ensures that each and every one, whether rich or poor and wherever they may be resident, secures essential medical care. The government will ensure that all the healthcare facilities are appropriately funded, staffed, and stocked to deliver quality care to the members, including preventive care, emergency services, surgeries, and the treatment of chronic conditions. It shall also be the duty of the government to initiate and launch public health education campaigns for all members with the aim of promoting wellness and disease-preventative measures.

Eighth Amendment: National Identification as the Superior Form of Identity The National ID card is hereby established as the primary and final item of identification for all the citizens of Wehrmacht Reichland. By this amendment, each citizen is mandated to obtain and carry his National ID at all times, for it is a basic condition in obtaining government services, eligibility to vote, and all other formalities. The National ID shall carry all the biometric information and general identification details to be carried out for automated identification by the government database. A penalty shall be composed of fines or even denial of public service if the request is not complied with. The electronic national ID system is going to assure this nation, total security, quick administrative processes, and proper identification across the country.

Unquestioned Obedience to Leadership: All the citizens of Wehrmacht Reichland must follow the decrees of the leaders of the nation at all times to ensure the peace and stability of the country. If anything, this amendment settles that loyalty and obedience to leadership is without question. Acts of dissent, defiance, or resistance will be viewed in no other light than as grave threats to national security and dealt with using no-nonsense responses, even to the length of putting a person behind bars and beyond. The state shall, through surveillance and reporting systems, push for this amendment to maintain a disciplined and well-oriented populace in respect of the government objectives.

Amendment 10: Corruption to Attract Death Penalty: Henceforth, any person, be it a public servant or private, found involved in corruption, shall be punishable with the death sentence. This is a complete no-nonsense amendment to do away with corruption from all walks of society. The government will set up special benches, one after the other, to dispose of pending corruption cases with lightning speed through court intervention so as to deliver timely and effective justice. The guilty shall be put to death, and no avenue for appeal exists. It further cements that this government is of interest to the people, and all who so serve in office of the public do so with the most expectable in terms of ethics.

Amendment XI-Involuntary Upkeep of the Supreme Chancellor's Portrait: It is mandated by law that in Wehrmacht Reichland, every house must have a portrait of the Supreme Chancellor, hung pride of place in decent eyesight. This amendment demands from all citizens an oath of allegiance and respect to the leader of the country, whose picture will grace their living places. This, too, will be in the name of standardization for all households, which the government will supply images for. In fact, the representatives will go ahead and enforce inspections to that effect. Failure to do this will be seen as an act of disobedience and will attract punitive measures such as fines or court. This amendment reinstates the Supreme Chancellor with the vital responsibility of uniting and guiding the nation.

Amendment 12: The Principal Law Enforcement Body: The military is now being empowered as the principal law enforcement body of Wehrmacht Reichland, while the police will basically only serve as a relatively small force. This entire reassignment substantializes a revamp of the country's internal security system; the military will now undertake the command of all principal operations in security challenges, namely, counter-terrorism, border management, and civic unrest. The police will still be present in minor offenses, but will be under the rule and leadership of the military heads. This shift proves how the government wants to uphold and support a disciplined security arm that can perceive the potential threats outside and inside the state.

Thirteenth Amendment: Acceptance under the Military Generals: Orders passed by military generals are mandatory, and all citizens as well as government officials must adhere to them at any given point of time. This amendment shall grant the leaders of the military the right to exercise absolute power on matters related to national security and public order. Any act of disobedience or challenge to the military orders will be deemed as high treason and subjected to capital punishment, life imprisonment, or execution. The national government will ensure that all military directives, instructions, and orders are made clear to everybody and shall be applied uniformly in all parts of the country. This amendment supports the hierarchical command structure and the important contribution of the military to the preservation of national security.

Amendment 14: Strict Adherence to Government Laws: All citizens in Wehrmacht Reichland are bound by the strict letter of the law upon which the respective government sets its statutes. This Amendment maintains and strongly purports a logically sound case for legal compliance as the base touchstone for the nation to have order and stability. The government will take such a law with all seriousness to see that those who break it are either fined or jailed, depending on the seriousness of the violation. Ignorance will be no defense to save one's misconception of what is legally binding. This amendment strengthens the rule of law and ensures that all members of society contribute to its orderly functioning.

Amendment 15: Worship of the Supreme and Vice Chancellors The Supreme and Vice-Chancellors of Wehrmacht Reichland are the ultimate symbols of uniformity and power to which all citizens abiding in this land shall submit unto in worship and reverence. This amendment institutionalizes the reverence due to the ultra-high leaders of the state by requiring the citizens to take part in all state-sponsored ceremonies, festivals, and events in their honor. Government-led strict policies to be observed, failure to which will result in both social and legal punishment. This amendment also serves to place the Chancellors at the forefront of the cultural and political lives of Reichland and no one, except the Chancellors, can be venerated in such a manner as the embodiment of the national ideals.

Amendment 16: Citizenship for Foreign Must Be Compulsory: Before any foreign person is given access into the country, they first must first obtain citizenship of Wehrmacht Reichland. It has set up strict immigration controls in order to protect the homeland from outside influences, seeing to it that only those who have fully accepted the values and laws of Reichland have been allowed in. The government will put in place a strict naturalization process that will include background checks, loyalty tests, and perhaps even a probationary period before full citizenship is granted. An evasive move in this regard shall lead to immediate deportation or legal action. This amendment will help in safeguarding the cultural and political integrity of the nation.

Amendment 17: Konigsberg City as the Capital: Konigsberg City shall be the capital of Wehrmacht Reichland. This amendment very clearly draws out the fact that Konigsberg City forms the core of the political, cultural, and administrative base of the nation. All organs of government, including the office of the Supreme Chancellor, Parliament, and the major ministries, are based in the capital. The city will also hold all national ceremonies, international diplomacy and all significant public events. This elevates the significance of the City of Konigsberg to express the identity and government of Wehrmacht Reichland, maintaining it as the seat of power and prestige at the center of the nation.

Amendment 18: Immediate Effect of Provisions: All provisions contained in these amendments are to take effect immediately upon their approval. This amendment will ensure effective enforcement of these laws without delay. These changes will be communicated promptly to the citizens and the authorities concerned by the government, and the relevant subsidiary legislations or procedures will be enacted. Such provisions will, of course, not be taken lightly as non-compliance will bear such legal consequences immediately so that order is maintained and the new legal order enforced in the state.

Amendment 19: Voting age for local elections The minimum legal voting age for Wehrmacht Reichland's local elections is 19 years or older. Vote at any election for local government. This amendment, therefore, sets out the eligibility criteria for citizens who can take part in these democratic processes at local levels: a person of years of maturity and responsibility. The government shall, therefore, put in place a voter registration system to ensure that the actual age or identity of the person is confirmed, and only such persons above the statutory age are eligible to vote in a local government election. This amendment is to make assure that voting shall be informed and answerable for it to be fully in stable and functional governance locally.
