Chapter 5 - Chapter 5 - Bountiful Harvest

[The Blessing of Self Transcendence has granted the user five powerful new passive skills.]

[New Passive Skill "Bountiful Harvest" has been Unlocked.]

[Bountiful Harvest (Passive Skill)]

[Grants the user bonus rewards from defeating their opponents, increasing the likelihood of obtaining rare rewards or even doubling them.]

[High probability of raising the reward grade by one level.]

[Small probability of raising the reward grade by two levels.]

[Minuscule probability of getting the reward twice.]

"Bountiful Harvest?" Broken murmured as he read the description of his newly acquired skill.

It wasn't clear whether this skill applied only to monsters or to other entities as well. Could it also have an effect if he were to defeat other players? While he wouldn't gain experience points from hunting monsters, he could still obtain exceptional rewards with this.

He pondered this further. If he engaged in monster hunting, the progress from the Self Transcendence Blessing wouldn't advance. However, there would be times utilizing this skill to gain rare items would be essential.

In Immortal Legacy, the natives of Yunatea were divided into two categories: Monsters, who had no real intelligence and acted like beasts, and intelligent races like Elves, Dwarves, Demons, and others. Additionally, when players killed each other, there was a chance that items such as armor or weapons, or even items from the inventory could drop and be acquired by the victor.

If this skill also applied to players, it would be highly advantageous if any player attempted to confront Broken and ended up being killed by him.

He wouldn't gain any experience or level up by defeating the monsters, but the loot drops from these encounters wouldn't just remain intact—they'd be enhanced. There was also a chance for rarer items to drop, and this skill even offered the possibility of doubling the rewards. To make the most of it, targeting higher-grade, high-level monsters seemed like the smartest strategy.

[New Passive Skill "Adaptive Equipment" has been Unlocked.]

[Adaptive Equipment (Passive Skill)]

[Grants the user the ability to equip any type of equipment or weapon regardless of the item's requirement, albeit with a slight limitation.]

[The user can equip or wield weapons and equipment that reach up to 100 levels higher than their own level.]

This was an incredible skill. Every item, whether armor or weapon, had greater potential at higher levels, especially when considering the attached stats. Now, he could use any item without any restrictions.

This was extraordinary, as it allowed him to become a versatile player who was capable of fighting in close combat with a sword, engaging from a distance with a bow, or even utilizing magic weapons effectively.

However, working with such a variety of weapons would require him to allocate his stats more evenly, which could turn out to be a slight disadvantage since that would prevent him from focusing on one stat to maximize its potential.

For the time being, he decided to focus on his current class, Warrior, which utilized a sword and relied on Strength and Constitution stats.

The second skill he had acquired was truly a game-changer: the ability to wield any equipment up to 100 levels higher than his current level, class, or other typical restrictions.

"This opens up so many possibilities for me," he pondered. "Even if my level is still low, and my stats aren't high, with the right gear, I will be able to enhance my abilities significantly."

He was aware of the power that high-grade armor and weapons could bring. However, he also recognized the practical challenge he would face: he needed access to such items.

The higher the level and grade of an item, the harder it was to acquire. If he were to buy them, the prices would be exorbitant.

Still, with these kinds of blessings and skills, he should be able to find a way to gather resources rather quickly and obtain the perfect gear.

"I need to plan some strategies to secure these essential items."

[New Passive Skill "Quality Enhancement" has been Unlocked.]

[Quality Enhancement (Passive Skill)]

[The user has a chance to upgrade any items or structures they can create or produce. This upgrade is only applicable to objects directly produced by the user, and the upgrade process will take place after the object is completed.]

[There is a high chance of upgrading items by one grade.]

[There is a small chance of upgrading items by two grades.]

[There is an extremely small chance of upgrading items to three grades.]

Quality Enhancement.

Just when Broken was wondering how he would obtain the gear needed to enhance his battle potential, he received this skill. This incredible ability would allow him to upgrade any items or structures he created, perfectly aligning with his role as the Sloth Champion. Without gaining experience points from hunting monsters, this skill motivated him toward the production class.

With Quality Enhancement, Broken could become a Blacksmith, Alchemist, or Tailor and create something extraordinary. He could either produce high-grade items, use them himself, or sell them to others for substantial profits.

So far, all the skills he had acquired were truly remarkable. He could combine these skills to become an incredibly powerful and versatile player.

Shaking his head in amazement, Broken marveled at the array of skills bestowed upon him.

"If I can produce high-quality items, I could sell them for a hefty price. Could this be a viable way to earn substantial income?"

He immediately resolved to secure a production class as soon as he left this spirit realm. His focus would be on gathering resources and producing high-grade items. He knew that he didn't need to worry about leveling up, as his level would increase passively.

"Wasn't this a unique way to become strong in this game?"

Broken was in awe, feeling that the blessings and skills he had been bestowed upon were beyond imagination.

He wondered if other Divine Champions had also received similar privileges from their deities. Though he lacked behind in terms of level, he now had a tremendous opportunity to catch up.

If he wanted to become a Blacksmith, he would certainly need to gather resources to craft his items. Therefore, he would utilize his Bountiful Harvest for this purpose, ensuring that he would collect enough material resources to craft his items.

Then, he would leverage the Quality Enhancement to craft items of a higher grade than what others could produce, creating many high-value items.

His plan was simple: focus on producing items he could use personally and then make extra money by selling the others to other players. This approach seemed straightforward enough.

He needed to continue his conversations with the spirits to decide which one he should choose before they departed. By now, he had forgotten that he needed to log out of the game soon.

However, another notification appeared in his vision.

[New Passive Skill "Domain Boundless Access" has been Unlocked.]

His eyes widened as he read the new notification. "Domain Boundless Access? What could this be?"
