In the end, Max didn't chase anyone out of the villa. He just did his things discreetly with Valerie in their rooms.
Two days after Mariam's prom night, Max decided to take Valerie out.
"Wow, wife, you look gorgeous." Max complimented after Valerie came down in her elegant dress but she couldn't say the same for him.
With furrowed eyebrows, she folded her arms and said,
"And you look like someone who's going to the movies. Great. I dressed wrongly." She looked a bit angry.
"Well, it looks great on you." Max said to her but she pursed her lips, let out the air in her lungs, and said,
"When you said you were taking me out, you could've been a little more specific so that I would've had a little idea on how to dress up for it. Now, look."
"I didn't think that through because I thought you looked good in everything. For example, this." Max said, pointing at what she was currently wearing.
