Jiangli and Xia Xin stood at the grand entrance of the Taoist Temple, watching Wang Xinjun and Wang Yao leave in two separate cars before they leisurely walked towards a nearby restaurant.
Xia Xin, following beside Jiangli, thought of Wang Yao and couldn't help but ask, "Old Ancestor, is it really okay to not keep an eye on Wang Yao?"
"Once he finds a place to live, he'll naturally contact you. In broad daylight, that thing can't possibly come out. What's the rush?" Jiangli glanced around, looking for a restaurant that caught her eye.
Xia Xin let out a sound of acknowledgment. With the Old Ancestor saying so, there definitely wouldn't be a problem. He sighed and said, "There definitely won't be a problem on Wang Yao's side. I just wonder how Nana is doing?"
"You really are sentimental." Jiangli glanced at him and said helplessly, "Didn't she say she was okay when you called earlier?"
Xia Xin said, "She only said she was temporarily rescued. Who knows what will happen later?"
