Su Rao's gaze fell sharply on her, her expression thick with scorn, making no attempt to hide her disgust. Yet, when she spoke, her words remained quite polite, "There's no need to apologize. My fans aren't rational either."
Yan Luoxi met her gaze, feeling a chill spread through her body. She said, "It was my fault to begin with, I should apologize. I'm sorry."
Su Rao's fingers, hooked on the door, stiffened, and she said, "I've received your apology; you may go now."
After speaking, Su Rao forcefully closed the door. Yan Luoxi stared at the tightly shut door, feeling that there was something off with her emotions but she couldn't quite put her finger on it. Although Su Rao had never been particularly fond of her, she had always masked it well before.
She stood outside for a few minutes, not hearing any sound from within, before she turned and left, thinking it seemed she was truly hated now.
