The men obviously wouldn't let things slide so easily. The bald man scrambled up from the ground, reaching into his jacket for his gun when a cold female voice suddenly echoed in the hallway, "Stop."
Bo Jinnian followed the voice and saw Su Rao standing in the corridor, clad in a black winter dress. He frowned. "Miss Su, what is the meaning of this?"
Su Rao slowly walked over and stopped in front of Bo Jinnian. She said, "I'm sorry, A'Nian, they are the ship's security. There were rumors of a fugitive sneaking onto the cruise amidst the chaos, so I had them come over to check for the safety of everyone. I didn't mean to offend you."
