Yan Luoxi watched his seemingly ravenous gaze and shrugged nonchalantly, "There's nothing I can do if you're unwilling, maybe another time, after all, divorce isn't exactly a pleasant matter."
After Yan Luoxi finished speaking, she saw the man's gloomy, menacing expression and felt a pang of fear in her heart, quickly pulling the door open and running out as if fleeing for her life.
She rushed down the stairs, and once she realized he wasn't following her, Yan Luoxi finally breathed a sigh of relief. When she looked up, she saw Li Family's Second Aunt and Fu Youran approaching her from the far end of the corridor.
She lowered her gaze and turned to leave.
"Miss Yan, please, a moment," Li Family's Second Aunt suddenly said, still with the gentle demeanor of a lady, but her tone was unfriendly.
Yan Luoxi wanted to ignore her but eventually stopped, turning to watch the two women draw near.
