Jake's POV
Celine was in a critical state. She was still unconscious. Her breathing wasn't normal. I had her transfer back to my pack. I took Tony along with me, ignoring James' plea to leave him behind.
We got back to the pack and I informed Gaius about Celine's condition. She was confined in my room. I didn't want her in the pack hospital.
"How's she?" I asked Gaius who had just finished using the stethoscope to examine her.
"She is stable for now, her wolf is not helping in the healing process so she's going to be like this for a while." He explained.
"For how long?" I asked.
"A month or longer, it's a miracle she's still alive. I'm going to take her blood for a test." He requested.
"Okay, thank you Gaius." I thanked him.
