When the sun begins to set Minor then checked the clock on the hotel wall. He was surprised to see that it was already late. And he would have to spend the night on the mainland.
Ann noticed his concern and asked what was wrong. "I plan to leave tomorrow morning," he said, "but I think I'll have to stay here tonight. I have an appointment with my father at the pharmacy before heading back to the island."
Anne's eyes sparkled with interest. "What was the meeting about?" she asked.
Minor hesitated for a moment before answering. "My father is studying a new treatment for his medicine. And he wanted to share his findings with me. He asked me to meet him at the pharmacy before I left."
Anne nodded. Her curiosity was piqued. "No wonder you know how to use herbal medicine," she said.
Minor nodded, "Yes, actually my mother. Teach me everything he knows And I would like to learn more. As for my father..as well."
