"I simply want to aplogize," Aiden smirked as he pulled back from Liam.
"I'm sure," Liam replied, rolling his eyes.
"It's true," the man began. "Do you think you could forgive me?"
Liam shrugged his shoulders then took a puff on the cigarette. He closed his eyes and blew out a ring of smoke. He wasn't sure what Aiden's intentions were, but he was sure the man had to have a plan in order to apologize. "What are you apologizing for?"
"Everything," Aiden said. "Let me borrow a cigarette?"
Liam reluctantly pulled out the package to hand the other man a smoke. He then lit it up for him.
"I did some pretty shitty things," Aiden continued. "After I told you about my finance many years ago, she had sent through my phone and found out about you."
"Is that so?"
