As Anthony knelt near the bed where his mother corpse was placed, Lost in despair light footsteps approached the entrance of the room and a boy with an innocent and confused face was spotted,he said in a calm and worried voice" Big brother what wrong what going on".
Anthony hearing the voice immediately turned his attention towards the direction of the voice, that being the entrance of the room seeing his face his younger brother was shocked because of the expression on his face, that he fell down in fear, Anthony noticed that it's his brother and saw how scared he was of his face knew what he needed to do he got up slowly and walked up to his brother his brother frightened by the look he saw on his face moved backwards in fear Anthony seeing this knew that his brother was afraid of him because of the expression he had on his face he didn't know what to do but was saddened that his younger brother was afraid of him and he also was scared his younger brother will find out about the death of their mother and see her corpse finding out the death of their mother was inevitable but it will be more traumatizing since he has been traumatized he didn't want his brother to feel the same way he did so he decided to try and comfort him he remembered a song their mother used to sing for their little brother Oliver whenever he was scared since their mother him and Oliver were always together and Oliver always get frightened alot and since Oliver always looked up to him like someone who will always be there for him.
Just like how the sun will always give light to the moon that was how this relationship between the two brothers were and if the sun doesn't have it's own light the moon will then be lost in darkness so even if he had to fake his happiness to give his brother happiness and so he faked a smile and sang the song his mother sang for Oliver anytime he was frightened and scared hearing the song Oliver began to calm down little by little, the maids in the room perplexed as to how he was able to switch between different emotions so quickly Oliver warmed by the song and sweet voice of the brother ran into his arms and hugged him saying"I was scared brother your face looked scary it looked like something bad happened" Anthony embraced him burring his despair deep in his heart and said in a calming voice" nothing bad happened as long as I'm here nothing bad will ever happen this day ignited a relationship deeper than before between the two brothers that have never existed before
Anthony grabbed him as he noticed he had fell asleep within his arms and as he proceeded out of the room Oliver in his drowwesy State said"Mother" in a cute voice but this was not cute for him because as soon as he heard the word Mother the emotions he just buried began to arise but before they could overtake him the elderly maid who was the mid wife responsible for delivering Leon stepped forward and put her hands upon his shoulder when she did this it felt as if a huge storm was put to still within him he turned back at her and looked at her in the eye she then let go and he proceeded to leave the room.
