Despite the absence of conventional lighting, there are many white owls perched in several parts of the tower. Their eyes emit a golden light that seems to be able to penetrate the darkness, lending an otherworldly quality to the scene.
These Ghost Owls are magical beasts, specially bred by Owl. They possess the ability to see through illusion and a strong ability to relay information through the same kind.
Aside from the Night Tower, they can also be glimpsed in different areas of the city.
They serve as spies for the Night Watchers stationed at the Night Tower.
