Light reflected as a slim line appeared on Jerome's neck, his eyes had bulged out as he looked flabbergasted at Leroy.
*Thump*
And his head separated from his body.
"Haaaa" Leroy released a long breath as he looked at the ceiling.
'That bastard was trying to kill me' Leroy thought as he got up on his feet, his hand was still shaking from the exertion of using almost every drop of his mana on that one quick draw slash.
'I had to give my everything and he had to not expect it otherwise the chances of me killing Jerome in one blow were in the single digits or maybe even zero' Leroy continued to think as he replayed the scene of Jerome's death, over and over in his head.
Turning towards his body, Leroy decided to do something he had never done before.
He uttered a small phrase though considering who Leroy had been, it already showed how much he had grown, changed, and matured in the last few months.
