Synopsis
The Era of Nobility was a dark and tumultuous time where mortals formed rigid hierarchies. Power was concentrated in the hands of the noble class. It was an age of war and bloodshed, where the enslavement of people became commonplace and many civilizations collapsed under the strain of war and tyranny. Generation after generation, their greed and corruption continued until a group of explorers returned from the Void-Crypt. The Void-Crypt was not new to the world; there were all kinds of legends about it. But universally, everyone feared it. Nobody knew where this fear came from, as if it was instinctual. Void Gates, scattered across the land, served as mysterious and feared portals to this enigmatic realm. Though these gates had always been present, their origins and the nature of the Void-Crypt remained cloaked in mystery. Many adventurers, driven by curiosity or desperation, had ventured through these gates, yet none returned, heightening the fear surrounding them. Though fewer attempted the journey over time, some still dared, and eventually, a few did return. These explorers came back bearing powerful relics and mysterious abilities, sparking a rush of adventurers eager to seek similar fortunes. Despite the high mortality rate, the allure of power and treasure proved irresistible. Those who survived the journey back brought with them not just relics, but also the arcane knowledge of the Void-Crypt, reigniting civilization's thirst for exploration and conquest. Empowered by their discoveries, these adventurers began to challenge the existing order. Their newfound abilities and relics emboldened them to rebel against the entrenched nobility, marking the prelude to the end of the Era of Nobility. A few decades passed, ushering in the new age of the void-explorers. It was during this time that a lone soul entered the realm, from a foreign world.

Chapter 1 - Prologue

He didn't know what was happening to him. There were so many things going on around him, and he couldn't see properly. It was so bright, with so many colors, and everything was blurred and hazy. But he knew everything was moving so fast.'Wait! Or is it moving slowly?'He couldn't even think straight; he was confused.'Aargh! The sounds! They're killing me. Where in the hell are they even coming from?"He could hear a constant crying sound from everywhere. And the pain—his whole body hurt, his throat hurt, his head hurt, and especially his back, like someone had hit him with something flat. He could feel everything and nothing at the same time with his skin, as if someone had stripped his skin off from his body and put him in the center of ice and lava.  'At least it wasn't tight and squeezed anymore.

And yeah... I can breathe now. And also I'm not suffocating like before', he thought.

Then it hit him—the hunger. When he gained some clarity for thinking, he became aware that he was starving and thirsty. Then again, his mind became hazy. His thoughts were all mingled; he couldn't even discern the passage of time. He didn't know if it was a second or an eternity. He could see some silhouettes moving around him through his blurred vision, but he couldn't focus on anything. Then he saw a shadow of something looking at him. He could see a giant eye's piercing gaze looking at him like it wanted to consume him.But he wasn't worried. It was the least of his worries because he couldn't even focus on thinking. Sometimes he even forgot how to think. But still, the giant silhouette concerned him, but more than that, the sound of crying was very annoying and painful to hear. He tried to find the source of the noise, but no matter what, he couldn't find where it was coming from. After what felt like an agonizing eternity, he figured it out. The sound—the sound was coming from himself. He was the one crying.'Why——why am I crying?' he thought. He figured out why his throat hurt so much, then he decided to stop crying. But the annoying noise never stopped. He tried again, and still, the sound continued. After several attempts, he became aware that he have no control over his body. He couldn't even move a finger. He began to panic, trying everything to move his body. Then his body began to move, but not like he wanted it to. He just knew that his body was moving, but it was all out of control and moving randomly, and the sound only got louder. Then he could hear sounds other than his crying. It sounded like someone talking to someone, but he couldn't understand anything. It sounded alien and was very loud.'What in the world is happening?'He was tired and sleepy. His mind was a mess, and he could only think for short durations, even it was just a fleeting instant. Then he began to sleep, his eyelids slowly closing, embracing darkness. When he woke up, it was night, at least he thought so because there is no lights around. He still didn't know the situation he was in. He was scared, terrified, and sometimes he couldn't even recollect why he was scared. Then he slept again, and when he woke up, the situation hadn't changed. It was the same. He couldn't see properly, there were so many sounds, he was always sleepy, he don't know how many time he slept and he had no idea how much time had passed. The pain was reducing, and he noticed someone was feeding him because whenever he felt hungry, the annoying noise got louder, and his hunger immediately subsided. And he also noticed that he was being carried around a lot, He didn't know how or why. Sometimes he could hear a humming voice. When he focused on the voice, he felt a warm and soothing feeling inside him, but he couldn't focus on it for long because he immediately fell asleep.Time passed. He didn't know if it had been days or weeks, maybe even months. He could see somewhat now, though everything was still blurry. He could move his body too—or at least he thought he could. He still had problems with thinking and got easily distracted.Whenever he saw movement, his focus would be redirected to it. Now he could see his little hands moving around like he wanted to catch something above his face.'Wait! What the—— 'little hands'? Why is my—
