Chapter 1 - Once great.

February 28, 1953

 18:20

The evening was inexorably approaching, and Stalin, immersed in work, decided to finish his tense day.

Stalin: Phew, time to rest. Today was a hard day - he muttered to himself

18:30

After taking a sip of water, a sharp pain pierced Stalin's body.

"Ugh!" - a groan burst out of his chest. "What's happening to me?" He tried to get up, but his legs gave way, and he collapsed to the floor.

Stalin: How painful! What is happening to me? Help...

Stalin lay unconscious.

5:00 PM

The guard became suspicious.

Guard 1: Did you notice?

Guard 2: What?

Guard 1: We haven't heard Comrade Stalin for a long time.

Guard 2: So?

Guard 1: This has never happened before.

Guard 2: I don't want to take risks. If you want, go check.

Guard 1: ...

11:40 PM

The maid entered Stalin's office to bring a newspaper and food. When the guards saw the maid, they took the opportunity to check on Stalin. To their horror, they found him lying unconscious on the floor. They urgently moved him to the couch and reported the incident to the Politburo of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union.

Morning of March 2, 1953

A team of doctors arrived at the nearby dacha, fighting for the leader's life.

Later, important members of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union arrived.

Beria, seeing Stalin, approached and said:

Beria: Are you kidding? Stalin is just sleeping. Why did you raise the alarm?

=============================

Meanwhile, Stalin

=============================

Around him was emptiness, darkness, and gloom. Thick smoke enveloped him, and the only visible object was his own body, floating in the air.

Stalin opened his eyes.

Stalin: Where am I?

Stalin began to look around, and his attention was drawn to two dark entities.

=============================

Back at the dacha

=============================

Beria, Malenkov, Khrushchev, and other members of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union left the dacha.

Doctors fought for Stalin's life day and night.

The only one truly worried about Stalin was Malenkov. Everyone noticed his concern.

By that time, the doctors were able to stabilize Stalin's condition.

But the next day, Stalin's condition worsened. Malenkov and Beria were aware of this.

Beria called for Malenkov.

"Comrade Beria, did you call for me?" - Malenkov asked.

Beria: Yes, Comrade Malenkov, have a seat.

*His voice was calm and indifferent.*

Malenkov wondered why he was summoned.

When Malenkov sat down, Beria said:

Beria: What do you think of this situation?

"Are you talking about Stalin?" - Malenkov clarified.

*Beria nodded.*

Malenkov: This is bad. Stalin is dying...

But Beria interrupted him.

Beria: I'm talking about the consequences.

Malenkov said incomprehensibly: "Then I'll have to replace Comrade Stalin."

*Said Malenkov, his voice hoarse with excitement.*

Beria smirked.

Beria: Comrade Malenkov, don't tell me you actually think they will just hand over the leadership to you?

*He said, his voice full of mockery.*

Malenkov tensed.

Stalin

=============================

Stalin looked at the dark entities and shouted:

Stalin: WHO ARE YOU!?

The entities remained silent.

?: Is it really him?

??: Yes

The two entities slowly approached the frightened Stalin. Stalin asked again, this time his voice trembling:

Stalin: Who are you?

Suddenly, the figures stopped, their glowing eyes fixed on him.

One of them spoke:

?: Greetings, chosen one.

Stalin was still scared, but his curiosity got the better of him.

Stalin: Who are you?

?: We apologize if we scared you. I am Kharon, and this is MagHar.

MagHar: Welcome.

Stalin decided to be friendly and introduce himself:

Stalin was puzzled. He had never encountered such beings before. They were tall and thin, with dark skin and glowing eyes. Their clothing was strange and incomprehensible.

Stalin: Where am I?

Kharon: You are at the place between worlds.

MagHar: We have come to take you.

Stalin: Take me? Where?

Kharon: To another world.

Stalin: I am Joseph Vissarionovich Dzhugashvili, you can just call me Stalin.

Kharon: Nice to meet you, Stalin.

MagHar: Likewise.
