Now it's about time when the system awaken as I was thinking that suddenly a blue screen that hasn't shown it self since two years and seven months came infront of me.

Suddenly a book appear on my lap with the title of "Stages of Cultivation"
I started to read through it.
Cultivation can be separated into three parts
Body, Mind and Aura.
Deu to human evolution focusing on strengthening our mind our body is not strong enough to keep up with our mind that's why first stage of cultivation is "Body Forging " to make our body be able to keep up with our mind.
After our body and mind becomes one we can take on the energy of the universe into our body and uses it. This realm is called "Novice Stage".
The energy of the universe is split into two Yin and Yang . Yin being spritual and Yang being physical .
After taking Yin energy through our mind and Yang energy through our body and molding it together creating a Dantian this stage is called " Intermediate Realm"
The next stage is the Master Stage in this Stage the the Aura Body and Mind reaches a new realm to reach this stage you would need to master the principals of your craft.
Like if swordsman wants to reach this realm he would need to master the principals of Swordsmanship .
The next stage is the Grand Master Stage in this stage you won't follow the principals of your craft the principals would follow your every move.
It is said that a Grandmaster's Basic move is on par with a Master's strongest move
There are also higher stages however there information is not revealed in this book.
Learning all this Elvis felt a burning passion to start Cultivating and getting stronger.
However the next words of the system poured cold water over his fire
[It is recommended that the host Waits two years before starting cultivation . Starting cultivation now could have massive backlash]
Elvis stopped to think before asking what he should do for the next two years.
[ It is recommended for the host to learn Close Combat and instead of focusing on strengthening himself focus on controlling host's body . After all how would the host control a weapon if the host can't even control his own body].

From the next day onwards Elvis started to do basic exercise from 6:00 am to 9:00 am after that he would take a shower and go down to the cafeteria to eat and at 10:30 am he would go to school to learn more about this new world . After school at evening 5 pm to 7pm was the time to practice his Close Combat .
Nobody really cared about him traning because it was very common to see kids traning for the sword camp.
Time started to pass and soon it was the 4th birthday of Elvis in the past year he has made a lot of progress in controlling his own body and his basic stats.
