Chapter 1 - Back To life

Arga is a Genius Doctor from the year 3000. He is very famous for his brilliance. He can cure almost any disease. Because of his genius, he is often called the God of Medicine.

However, due to a mistake by a God, he was struck by lightning and died at a young age. To make amends for his mistake, the God gave him a second life in a different world. A world of cultivators where power is everything.

Arga was supposed to be born as an ordinary person and avoid conflicts in his new world. However, due to another mistake, he was born in a conflict-ridden area.

He was reborn in the body of a lazy prince who was hated by everyone. Many people despised the previous owner of the body, making him a frequent target of assassins.

With the guidance of a God and the memories of his previous life, can he survive and become the strongest in his new world?

************

After being struck by lightning, Arga woke up in a place that looked vast. As far as he could see, there was only a blue sky and land shaped like clouds. Arga, who had just seen this amazing scenery, felt confused, and in his confusion, he decided to sit down for a moment to calm himself.

As he sat on the cloud, he became even more confused about the land he was standing on. Not only was it shaped like a cloud, but it was also so soft and comfortable to sit on. Curious about the cloud-like land, Arga continued to examine the cloud he was sitting on, rubbing it with his hands.

'What is this thing actually?'

'I never knew there was a material this soft and comfortable.' Arga rubbed the cloud land beneath his feet with a puzzled look.

"Ahem," a man's voice sounded very clear in Arga's ear. He immediately looked in the direction of the voice with curiosity. The voice came from directly in front of him.

"Who are you?" Arga was startled by the scene that suddenly changed when he turned to the source of the voice. A small table appeared in front of his eyes, and a young-looking man with long white hair suddenly appeared across the table. 'Since when has he been in front of me?'

"Hello Arga, sorry for doing this to you. I am the God of Thunder. I accidentally killed you with my lightning. To make up for my mistake, I will send you back to life in another world. But I can't send you to the same world. You will be sent to a new world that is much more interesting." The young-looking old man smiled while explaining Arga's situation.

'God of Thunder?'

'Accidentally killed me and wants to bring me back to life?'

'Is he trying to fool me?' Arga seemed skeptical. He paused for a moment, then thought of many things. 'Could this be a new type of scam?' Arga looked panicked. 'No, no, no, this place is too nice for that; he must have spent a lot to make everything look so real. Could I be trapped in a movie set?' Arga was wide-eyed and looked shocked after concluding that. 'Yes, yes, this must be preparation for a movie. I knew it, I am really suited to be a celebrity,' Arga smiled in his thoughts.

"Are you okay, sir?" The God of Thunder asked, puzzled.

"Ahem," Arga calmed himself down again, then focused on the man in front of him. Without dropping his respectful tone, he replied to the God of Thunder's question, "So, you want me to believe that I died because of your mistake, and that you will bring me back to life soon?"

"You seem calm for a human who just learned of his death. I admire you for that," the God of Thunder looked at Arga seriously.

"..." Arga paused for a moment after hearing the God of Thunder's response, which seemed very genuine.

"You think I would believe that!" Arga quickly changed his expression to one of annoyance.

'This is going to be difficult,' the God of Thunder looked frustrated because he was confused about how to explain further.

"I admit your acting in the role of a God is very interesting. But to fool someone like me, acting alone is not enough. Because I am the type of person who prioritizes common sense above all else," Arga said proudly.

"Acting?" The God of Thunder said, puzzled.

"Stop acting, and just tell me the truth. I know you want to involve me in your amazing movie. Honestly, your props look very real and great, even your acting is on par with that. It's so great that I am interested in joining your storyline," Arga said confidently.

'It seems this man thinks none of this is real. Well, who would believe such an absurd thing happening to them,' the God of Thunder looked frustrated.

"I admit the props here are amazing. I look around and acknowledge that everything looks very real. It's as if we are standing on clouds. But now I don't have time to entertain you."

"Actually, I am very interested in your show, but since there is a patient waiting for me, I must decline your proposal with a heavy heart. Sorry to disappoint you, old man," Arga smiled and intended to leave his seat.

The God of Thunder disliked being called old. So after hearing Arga's statement, his emotions began to rise. He clenched his fists tightly, and his forehead started to wrinkle.

The God of Thunder took a deep breath, held it for a moment, then shouted.

"Who are you calling old man!"

"I have spoken nicely, but you really make me angry!"

"I might as well destroy your soul with my lightning!" the God of Thunder shouted while emitting lightning from his hand.

'Wow, look at that spark in his hand, it looks very real. I am truly amazed by today's technology,' Arga just stood there, admiring the lightning in the God of Thunder's hand without any intention of dodging because he thought the lightning was just a special effect or not entirely real.

'Crackle... Crackle... ' 'Don't blame me if I act harshly, human!' The God of Thunder intended to strike Arga's soul with the lightning, but before he could, a lightning bolt from nowhere struck the God of Thunder suddenly.

Boom... a fierce lightning bolt struck the God of Thunder from the wide sky.

Seeing the God of Thunder charred by lightning, Arga couldn't hold back his laughter. He laughed heartily while pointing at the God of Thunder, who was charred by the lightning.

'Haha, a God of Thunder struck by lightning, how funny.' "Hahaha!" Arga couldn't hold back his laughter.

"I can't believe your visual effects are so amazing, I'm getting interested." said Arga.

"Who dares to strike me!" shouted the God of Thunder while looking around.

As he looked up at the sky, a majestic man with a very strong aura appeared from the sky. He seemed to be floating in the sky. In fact, the man floating in the sky was the Sky Emperor.

The Sky Emperor had the authority to control the gods and set the rules of the sky. The God of Thunder was tasked with bringing Arga back to life in a new body, but after seeing the God of Thunder intending to destroy Arga's soul, the Sky Emperor could not remain silent. He was angry and punished the God of Thunder with a bolt that was still bearable by the God of Thunder's body.

The Sky Emperor slowly descended from the sky and approached the God of Thunder. His face looked very angry, his gaze was unfriendly, and his hands were ready to summon another lightning bolt.

Seeing the Sky Emperor floating in the air, Arga started to feel confused. The reason for Arga's confusion was that the way the Sky Emperor was flying looked very real. Not a single wire or string was visible. Because of that, he began to think that everything in front of him was real. Meanwhile, the God of Thunder looked trembling with fear, afraid of the Sky Emperor's wrath.

"Em... emperor of the sky, I... I dare not defy you." said the God of Thunder, trembling with fear.

"I ordered you to return him to the world, but you intended to destroy his soul?"

"Do you still deserve to serve as the God of Thunder?" asked the Sky Emperor with a dominating gaze.

"Forgive me, Sky Emperor, please don't fire me!"

"I have two children." replied the God of Thunder, pleading for mercy.

Seeing the God of Thunder trembling with fear while begging the Sky Emperor, Arga couldn't hold back his laughter. He kept laughing while

"Haha, even a god is afraid of getting fired."

"You guys are really interesting; the effects you made are very realistic, and I really like your funny antics, you guys are perfect comedians," said Arga, who still didn't understand his situation.

"Co... comedians!"

"I will destroy your soul!"

shouted the Sky Emperor angrily, not accepting Arga's words.

Before the Sky Emperor could release his move, a lightning bolt struck him.

Boom...

The Sky Emperor managed to dodge the lightning bolt.

"Who dares to strike at me!" shouted the Sky Emperor.

"God of Thunder, do you no longer wish to live!" said the Sky Emperor, accusing the God of Thunder since no other god was visible there.

"No... not me, sir, bu... but." said the God of Thunder, pointing behind the Sky Emperor.

"But what?" asked the Sky Emperor.

"Tell me if you know something, and I will destroy anyone who dares to challenge me!" said the Sky Emperor harshly.

"Lo... look behind you, sir!" The God of Thunder pointed behind the Sky Emperor with a panicked and trembling look.

"If I did it, would you dare destroy me too?" said a voice behind the Sky Emperor.

"Who do you think you are, daring to challenge me!" the Sky Emperor shouted at the woman behind him without thinking and without turning around.

"Who am I?"

"Can't you even recognize my voice?"

"From now on, you have to sleep outside!" said the voice behind the Heavenly Emperor.

'Wow, I think I recognize that voice.' The Heavenly Emperor slowly turned around.

As the Heavenly Emperor turned, he saw an incredibly beautiful and enchanting goddess—none other than his own wife. 'I'm dead meat!'

With an irritable tone and an annoyed face, the Heavenly Empress said, "After seeing me..."

"Do you still dare to defy me!"

"P... please, my wife, let me sleep in the room tonight!" The Heavenly Emperor pleaded with the Heavenly Empress, panicking and immediately bowing to beg for forgiveness.

"A Heavenly Emperor who's afraid of his wife, this is really making my stomach hurt, you really are fit to be comedians."

"Hahahahahah," Arga couldn't hold back his laughter at the sight he was witnessing.

"If you can't manage human affairs, let me handle it." said the Heavenly Empress, looking at Arga while raising her hand.

The Heavenly Empress lifted Arga's body with magic and threw him far into the clouds that couldn't be stepped on.

Whooshhhh

'Eh, why can I fly, is this real?'

'Is there a string attached to my clothes?' Arga felt around his back and shoulders, searching for a string that might be lifting him into the sky.

"Why is there no string?"

"Is this real?" Arga was still unaware of his condition. He was still confused until he realized that it was not a setup when he pierced through the clouds and began falling from the sky at an increasing speed. 'This is too real for special effects,'

'I hope I'm dreaming,' Arga pinched his cheek, hoping it was just a dream, but when he felt the pinch's pain, he immediately concluded that everything was real and began laughing out of stress. "Haha, hahahha, hahahhaha!" 'Looks like this will be the end of me,' Arga gazed at the building he was likely to crash into.

"Uncle Feng, forgive me for not being able to pay my debt!"

"Yun-yun, forgive me for hiding your panties under my bed!"

"Aunt Jeni, forgive me for peeping at you while you were bathing and secretly recording you!"

"My patients, forgive me for keeping your photos before I operated on you!"

"Dad, forgive me for stealing your collection of porn books!" said Arga, closing his eyes and putting his palms together in prayer.

"I don't want to die yet...!

"Mom, help me!" Arga closed his eyes, putting his palms together as if praying.

#In the realm of the Gods

"Wow, truly a perverted and troublesome man," said the God of Thunder, shaking his head.

"My wife, won't his soul be destroyed if he's thrown like that?" asked the Heavenly Emperor.

"No, I can control my power," replied the Heavenly Empress with an annoyed face.

"Couldn't you have sent him without throwing him?" asked the Heavenly Emperor.

"Men like him don't deserve pity!" replied the Heavenly Empress irritably.

"My wife, since the problem is solved, may I sleep in the room tonight?" asked the Heavenly Emperor.

"Reflect on your mistakes!"

"I won't let you stay in the room again!" said the Heavenly Empress with an irritated face, turning her face away in annoyance.

"Forgive me, I promise I'll remember your voice, huuhuhuhu my wife," said the Heavenly Emperor, crying and holding his wife's feet.

"Let go of my feet, I won't forgive you!" said the Heavenly Empress, continuing to walk while dragging the Heavenly Emperor, who was holding onto her feet.

"Please give your husband a second chance..." said the Heavenly Emperor, crying and still holding his wife's feet.

"Pfttt truly a henpecked husband, isn't he ashamed of his position as the Heavenly Emperor?" said the God of Thunder, holding back laughter.

Soon a woman's voice was heard with a loud tone.

"My husband, come home quickly, help your wife clean the house, and do the laundry!"

"Did I hear something?" asked the God of Thunder, still unaware of his situation.

Since there was no response from the God of Thunder, the voice was heard again.

"Come home quickly or do you want to sleep outside like the Heavenly Emperor!"

"Ah, that's my wife's voice, is she using telepathy?" asked the God of Thunder.

"I'm behind you!"

"Come home and help me!" yelled the God of Thunder's wife, dragging her husband home.

"My wife, you don't need to drag me like this, I can walk by myself.." said the God of Thunder.

"I don't want you wandering around aimlessly anymore!"

"Be quiet and come home with me!"

"Otherwise, you'll spend the night outside the room!" said the God of Thunder's wife, dragging her husband.

"Al... alright." said the God of Thunder.

#Elsewhere

"Ahhhh, spare me!" said Arga.

Arga opened his eyes and looked around, he was in an unfamiliar place, everything there looked simple, and what confused him the most was the number of people staring at him.

"Wh... who are you, where am I?"

"Why are you staring at me?" said Arga with a confused face.

Then the woman beside him wiped the tears from her face, still looking sad as if she had just been crying, and said, "My son, you're alive again, I thought you would sleep forever, huhuuhuhu."

"Welcome back, Prince," said everyone there, bowing.

"Pr... prince?"

"I think you have the wrong person." said Arga, still not understanding the situation.

"I am..."

"Hmmm, why can't I remember my name?" Arga couldn't finish his sentence because he couldn't remember his old name; he only knew that he used to be a genius doctor with the nickname God of Medicine.

"Son, are you alright?" asked the woman beside him.

"Sorry, ma'am, I don't know who you are, and let me clarify once again, I am not a prince," replied Arga.

"If you're not a prince, then who are you?" asked the woman.

Since he couldn't answer the question, he made up a name similar to his old nickname.

"I am... the God of Medicine." replied Arga.

Oddly enough, the woman didn't look surprised; she smiled and held Arga's hand.

"You are indeed my son; you always called yourself the God of Medicine," said the woman.

"Why do I remember being the God of Medicine?"

"Are they really my family?" thought Arga.

Seeing her son looking confused, the woman asked him to rest.

"My son, sleep in your room, I'm sure you're still confused because you just woke up after being seriously injured. We even thought you were dead, and we held a mourning ceremony." said the woman.

"No wonder it's so crowded here, so this is my funeral?" asked Arga.

"Yes, luckily you woke up just in time; if you were a bit later, I wouldn't have seen you again." replied the woman.

"What would have happened if I woke up later?" asked Arga.

"You might have been burned on that pile of wood," replied the woman, pointing to the pile of firewood.

"Good thing I didn't wake up while being burned." thought Arga.

"I'm really lucky. Alright, I'll go to my room first." said Arga, walking away.

Arga walked away from his funeral ceremony.

"Why do I feel familiar with the atmosphere here, I even remember where my room is, this is strange." said Arga in his heart.

Even though he had no other memories, the body he was in this time guided him to his room.

#In the Prince's Room

Once inside the room, he saw a mirror. Arga approached it.

When he saw the face in the mirror, he was shocked because his face had changed.

"Waa...!"

"Who is that in the mirror!"

"Is this me?"

"Why has my face changed?"

"Why can't I remember anything?"

"Can someone please explain everything to me!" said Arga, still confused about his situation.
