I was sitting in the back rows of an almost empty lecture hall at Empire State University, reflecting on yesterday's chaotic but amusing scene. The room was empty because I have arrived early for an optional PhD class.
I chuckle, remembering the argument among all the women about who would train, help, or take care of Peggy. Everyone wanted a chance to get closer to Peggy, even Bobbi and Susan were not excluded.
In the end, I had to ask D.A.I.S.Y. to create a schedule to ensure everyone got their chance. Peggy found the situation amusing and touching.
I am glad I hadn't informed MJ and her friends, or even my Mother or Aunt about her. Otherwise, the chaos could have escalated by a lot.
I was still a bit disappointed that Skye didn't join in. Over the years, she had become quite socially awkward and rarely met new people.
As people trickled into the lecture hall, each one would glance at me before quickly averting their eyes and finding seats away from mine.
I twitch my lips as this left the last five rows empty, with everyone seated in the front.
I was considering whether to move to the front when the murmuring among the crowd starts again. The topic of their discussion is a girl who has just entered the hall.
She locks eyes with me and walks straight towards my seat. As she approaches, I can't help but notice her impressive figure, and the equally impressive orbs that were jiggling with her walk.
"Mind if I sit here?" she asks with a sultry smile.
In front of me stands a strikingly beautiful woman with an air of confidence.
It is Emma Frost.
Emma Frost is a mutant with Telepathic abilities.
I have known about Emma being at the same university as mine, for a while now. She always seemed to have her eyes on me, most probably because she couldn't read my mind due to the psionic shield implanted in my neck.
In my previous life's comics and movies, Emma was sort of an anti-hero, involved with the Hellfire Club, the Mutant Brotherhood, and even the X-Men.
I don't think this young version of Emma is anywhere near as powerful as her comic version yet; and she might not have even triggered her secondary mutation. I have generally just ignored her, but this is the first time she has approached me on her own.
Without waiting for my response, she sits next to me. "By all means," I reply, flashing her a charming smile as I activate one of my newer Powers.
"Lucas Watson, I have been curious about you," Emma says, her voice low and flirtatious. "You have been away from college for a while. What brings you back, and why are you in a biology lecture when your doctorate is in Electrical Engineering and Robotics?"
I lean back slightly, getting a better view of her cleavage. She giggles and presses them together, making them more prominent. "What about you, Emma? Aren't you a first-year in Business Administration? Why are you in this class?" I ask, looking back at her eyes.
Emma's eyes sparkle. "So, the famous Lucas not only knows my name but also my department. You must have kept a close eye on me." she says with a smirk, leaning closer, her hot breath touching my face.
I could tell that the whole class is in pin-drop silence, and everyone's gaze is on us two.
"Same could be said about you. How did you know I was in this class?" I ask, moving closer as both of us gaze into each other's eyes, faces inches apart.
Before Emma can respond, the door at the front of the lecture hall opens, and an old man in a wheelchair rolls in smoothly. The room falls silent as he positions himself at the front, his gaze sweeping the room and landing on Emma and me.
"Good afternoon, class. For those of you attending my lecture for the first time, I am Professor Charles Xavier. Today we will continue our discussion on the mechanisms of evolution and mutation," he begins, his voice calm and authoritative.
Yes, this old man is the famous bald man, Charles Xavier, a mutant and a powerful Telepath.
Normally, I would stay as far away as I could from a telepath as powerful as him, given the secrets hidden in my head.
But according to my info, Professor Xavier had been living in seclusion for years and had suddenly resumed his old profession as a professor at my university. And this was just his second class after coming back from retirement.
All of it felt very odd, so I had to come and check it out for myself. As for his telepathic powers, I myself have a powerful ability named Psychic Immunity, so I feel fairly confident that he won't be able to breach my mind.
Anyway, D.A.I.S.Y. is keeping a close eye on me, ready to implement backup plans if necessary.
I am even more fortunate to have Emma by my side, as she is also a telepath. Although I had noticed that from the moment Professor Xavier entered the room, Emma had gone completely quiet, her brows knitting slightly as she looked at him.
As Professor Xavier starts the lecture, his eyes frequently flick towards us. I can sense his curiosity, particularly when his gaze lingers on me, undoubtedly intrigued by the mental void I must present to telepaths, at least that is how I have always imagined my Psychic Immunity Power must feel for them.
Emma shifts slightly, clearly uncomfortable under Professor Xavier's scrutiny. She must have figured out he is a telepath, and one even more powerful than her.
She leans closer to me, whispering, "We should leave. This feels… off."
"Relax," I whisper back. "This might be informative." I place my hand on hers, activating my power Angelic Aura to calm her down.
Professor Xavier continues, delving into the intricacies of genetic variation and natural selection. He speaks of how mutations, often seen as anomalies, are crucial to evolution.
His explanations are detailed and precise, drawing on examples from a wide range of species to illustrate his points. He speaks about Darwin's finches, the peppered moths of industrial England, and the genetic adaptations of various plants and animals in response to environmental changes.
"Mutations are not inherently good or bad," Professor Xavier explains. "They are changes in the genetic code, which can be beneficial, neutral, or harmful, depending on the environment. Over time, these mutations can lead to significant changes within a species, driving evolution."
I notice that even Emma, usually so confident, is becoming absorbed in the lecture. Professor Xavier's words seems to resonate with her on a personal level. I observe that she is listening intently and even her discomfort is fading.
"Consider, for example, the concept of latent abilities," Professor Xavier continues, his eyes finding me again. "Certain mutations may not manifest immediately but lie dormant until triggered by specific circumstances. These latent traits can sometimes provide individuals with remarkable capabilities."
Although he never explicitly mentions Mutants, the implications are clear. Professor Xavier is subtly introducing the concept of extraordinary abilities in a biological context, laying the groundwork for a deeper understanding.
Seeing Emma becoming comfortable, I turn off my Angelic Aura, not wanting to keep it on all the time. Just as I do, I feel a soft, smooth hand traveling to my thigh. Looking up, I see Emma, her face flushed and biting her lips, looking at me with a very horny look.
I raise my eyebrow in alarm and hurriedly deactivate another power, Pheromone Emission. I had activated it when she first arrived and thought it must not be affecting her much, but it was my Angelic Aura calming her down instead. Now, with it inactive, nothing is stopping her lust.
Even after I turn off the power, her hand doesn't leave my thigh, inching even closer to my crotch area where my cock has started to harden.
As the lecture concludes, Professor Xavier smiles warmly at the class. "Thank you for your attention. I hope this session has provided you with a deeper understanding of the dynamic nature of evolution and mutation."
I breath a sigh as it was hard to maintain a neutral face when there was a naughty hand messing near my private parts.
I look at Emma, who is still looking at me with a minor blush. As the students begin to file out, Professor Xavier gestures for me and Emma to stay behind. I approach him as he manoeuvres his wheelchair towards us.
"Mr. Watson, Ms. Frost," Professor Xavier greets us. "You must really love genetics to sit in a lecture you are not enrolled in."
"I heard the new professor had some interesting ideas. Thought I would see for myself ... and it was a very informative class, especially your views on genetics and mutation," I reply with a smile.
"I just followed him, but the lecture was nice," Emma speaks up beside me, appearing completely normal.
"Thank you. I always love when the youth take interest in my lectures. I would like to have a talk with you both if you don't mind?" Professor Xavier asks with a smile.
"Yes, I would like that too," I reply swiftly.
"Excellent. Let's meet in front of the Main Garden in half an hour," Professor Xavier says with a smile as he rolls away.
As soon as Professor Xavier is out of the classroom, Emma grabs my hand. "Lucas," she whispers my name sensually.
I have seen that look countless times in recent months—the look of a woman in heat!
Without saying anything, I drag her out of the classroom towards the nearest public restroom in the university.
