"Free them... or you're gay.", I said, perfectly calm.
"What? What do you mean gay? How would I be gay if I don't free them?", she asked in return.
Shit. Jokes from my old world didn't work here.
"Eh, was worth a try."
"What do you mean? Let's get back to topic. You want them all to be free? But that would take away the whole reason I trapped them in that fucking mind control spell", she snickered.
"Listen here, Aria, we both know you cannot beat me in a fight, the spell can easily be removed if I kill you right here.", I said as I looked her in the eyes.
Suddenly, the same magic circle appeared under me, but this time I wasn't all that helpless, I simply used Shadow step to get out. My abilities to perceive have changed drastically and became better, meaning her teleportation spell wouldn't work on me no more.
"I ain't fallin for the same trick twice, dumbass."
She laughed and imitated me, "Eh, was worth a try.", she smiled. "Look, Jin. How about it? You join our... little group and I'll let all of them free."
"You're avoiding my warning, Aria. I can simply kill you right here.", I warned again as she glared at me.
"No, no you can't. There are about 15 assassins on standby. A simple movement and they all come in through the windows.", she kept up the smile.
In that moment I used the status function on her, I saw a certain message. [This person is currently controlled by a parasite.] under it stood [Do you wish to free this individual?] [Y/N]
"Ah, I see. You aren't Aria, are you now, parasite.", I smiled too, though her smile quickly vanished.
"Fucking child... you're as smart as she had in her mind. Now now, just because you know I'm not her, does not mean that changes anything.", she chuckled and stood up.
I clicked "No" and made it so the parasite didn't get removed from her.
"Was nice talking to ya, Jin.", she said as she lost her smile, she lifted two fingers and 15 assassins came in through the window while she left through the window.
They all held daggers at me and waited for me to do anything. I thought a bit about what to do. I could use fire magic, but that shit would burn down the whole room and maybe cause a giant fire, I ain't want that. Shadow magic maybe, but that would be no fun, Gravity would still cost too much magic despite me having reduced the costs.
"Aight, we going with sword.", I said as I made a simple sword out of shadow magic. "Come on, attack, bitches.", I said.
Despite them being 15 people and me being alone, they were pretty weak compared to me. Their swordsmenship was lacking and in general their technique was simple. So I just parried and blocked. I refrained from killing them as they were mind controlled by Aria. I made light work of them until only one guy remained.
"Hey, dumbass. Drop your dagger and I'll knock you out quickly.", I pointed my sword at him.
"LONG LIVE THE LEADER!", he screamed out as he ran at me.
"Riiight... you guys have that suicide attack... can I call you guys the suicide squad now?", I said as the guy came closer and closer.
He had his arms wide open and screamed, his body swelled up and I just kicked him back, the kick had enough force to send him through the wall and cancel his suicide attack.
I looked out the window Aria fled from, "Gosh... this bitch just ran away again, so it's not just my last life, but this one too... girls always run away from me... but I don't even stink here... maybe it's because I'm so short? Ah, who cares.", I jumped out the window and propelled myself up onto the roof using burst step.
"Where did you run to...", I looked around the whole campus, a few minutes later all students came out of the buildings like zombies. They all just rushed at me.
"Oh come on...", I sighed.
I jumped down from the roof and landed in the middle of campus.
"Snow... WAIT SNOW, SHIT!", I quickly ran inside. "Aria can use Ice magic... snow is a type of ice... that shi could've killed me.", I stood there for a minute to think.
I looked to my right where the window with the option to remove the parasite was. "What should I do... I could make it as simple as that and remove the parasite.. but then I wouldn't get a nice bossfight and all...", I looked to the entrance and saw the students coming in.
"Where the fuck is this bitch hiding...", I dashed through the corridors and reached the roof again, it had finished snowing.
I looked around and saw a few cultists advancing onto school grounds with weapons and shields.
"Aha... there's one problem...", I made a bow out of blue fire. "Gosh... I love this fire bow...", I created an arrow too and shot at the cultists, they were all obliterated.
"Boom...", I thought back to the whole conversation with Aria. "Wait a second... she said I shouldn't look for the DC as they're either killed or locked away... but I placed them all under protection so they couldn't die...", I pondered a bit more.
"Ariaaa... I think I know what you're doing... you want to get the DC to fight against me... but where the fuck did you keep them.", I think to myself.
"Maybe the basement.. or prison? I'll check the basement to be sure."
I crashed through a window in the second floor, went out of the classroom, dodged all students and knocked some out on the way and rushed down the stairs to the first floor. I ran across the giant hall to the entrance to the basement. I used fire magic to burn away the door and ran down. I could hear talking so I used shadow magic to shroud myself in shadow.
It was Aria. "Yeah, I'm working on it. They will soon be on our sid-", I interrupted her.
"Hell nah they ain't.", I said as I removed the veil of shadow and stepped closer.
"Yes they will.", she said as she smiled. The rest of the DC stood up.
Lyra and Lorien charged up some magic types, Loriel with the wind magic and Lyra with lightning magic. Rowan and Kael both rushed at me, Kael made a sword of fire while Rowan made gauntlets of earth magic.
"You just want to take me down, right?", I chuckled, "Then give me all you have... wait that sounded wrong."
Aira also prepared some Icicles to shoot at me. It was a 5v1 scenario, a normal person would loose, but luckly I wasn't a normal person.
