He rewound slightly, focusing on the view outside the glass doors.
As she exited, Ivan noticed a man standing across the street, partially obscured by a lamppost. He wore a dark hoodie pulled low over his face, but Ivan's instincts screamed that there was something off about him.
"Did you see that?" Ivan pointed to the screen.
"What?" Nikolas leaned in, squinting at the footage.
"That guy," Ivan said, rewinding to show the man. "He's been watching her."
Nikolas scrutinized the screen, and Ivan could see the gears turning in his partner's mind. "Could be a coincidence."
"Maybe, but it doesn't feel right. Let's keep an eye on him."
