Touya stood frozen for a moment, bewildered by his friends' sudden harsh reactions. Before he could fully process what was happening, one of the students stepped forward, eyes sharp with frustration.
"Hey, are we seriously going to war again?" the student asked, his voice thick with worry and exhaustion.
Touya, speaking with a tone far too casual for the gravity of the situation, answered without thinking. "Yeah, I mean, this is Princess Rosaria's request, right?" He said it as though it was a trivial matter, like someone who didn't fully grasp the weight of the situation.
The student let out a long sigh, clearly disappointed. "I figured... Touya, I'm leaving." Without waiting for a response, the student turned and walked away from the courtyard, adding to the tension already thick in the air.
