(Kae woke up to find himself in a small, dimly lit chamber. He was lying on a narrow bed, and the Red Warrior was standing over him, its mask glinting in the dim light.)
"Today is the day you begin your training," the Red Warrior said, its voice low and menacing. "Are you ready, Kae?"
(Kae nodded, his mind made up. He was ready to become a warrior of the night, no matter what the cost.)
"The first lesson is control," the Red Warrior said, its voice dripping with malevolence. "You must learn to control your powers, or risk destroying everything you hold dear."
(And with that, the Red Warrior reached out and touched Kae's forehead, and everything went black.)

"Your first test is to control your strength," the Red Warrior said, its voice low and menacing. "Can you lift this rock without crushing it?"
(Kae looked down and saw a large rock at his feet. He focused all his energy, and slowly but surely, he lifted the rock off the ground.)
"Good," the Red Warrior said, its voice dripping with malevolence. "Now, can you put it down without crushing it?"
(Kae focused all his energy again, and slowly but surely, he put the rock down on the ground without crushing it.)
"Well done," the Red Warrior said, its mask glinting in the dim light. "You have passed the first test."
(And with that, the Red Warrior beckoned to Kae, its hand extended. Kae hesitated for a moment, then took its hand, feeling a surge of energy flow through his body...)
