Body immersed in water, I had to set my mood right; and give myself time to feel good, this was everything. My mom loved soaking in flowers and hot water, she said the water infusion was a healer. The few times she made me one when I was feeling low, she said it performed sacred rituals to calm the body, mind, and soul.
