Chapter 27 - Too much to Comprehend

Chapter 27

The red van finally reached its destination. Even after getting stuck along the way, the road leading toward the industrial district was under road maintenance, so the flow of traffic was redirected to another less congested road. The four women, including Katarine, were still unconscious and unaware of their surroundings.

At the very far end of the industrial neighborhood, they entered an abandoned factory that had been known to manufacture various textiles until it closed ten years ago. This area used to be a component of the government's land development plan to expand the port.Regretfully, as the project draws to a close, a number of entrepreneurs are setting up shop to create their own factories. In the case of the Extile Factory, for example, a whistleblower prompted the government to look into possible financial mismanagement and corruption. As the women explored the abandoned facility, still oblivious to their surroundings, they were about to make a startling discovery.

The project's crisis prompted investigations into a number of government officials, who were ultimately found guilty of corruption and left the region in ruins. The neighborhood was saddened and disillusioned as a result of the once-promising economic development project turning into a cautionary tale of greed and poor management.

An indebted businessman purchased the entire property and utilized it as a front for his illicit operations. Now, the women were in the hands of their kidnappers, who had evil intentions for them inside the creepy, dark factory.

Many unwanted and outcast people sought refuge in that place and consequently ended up as drug cowards and ended up in jail, and sadly, most of them ended up dead. The many soon realized they were not the only ones trapped in the factory, as they heard whispers of others who had met tragic fates.

The once hopeful refuge had become a nightmare for those who sought solace within its walls. Sounds of pain and malevolent laughter echoed through the corridors, creating an atmosphere of fear and despair among the captives. The only glimmer of hope came from a small group of rebels who were determined to find a way to escape and bring an end to the horrors that plagued the factory.

The area turned into a covert prison for prostitution dealers when several disgusting and vicious guys congregated to satisfy their desire to mutilate women's bodies without restraint. While many citizens of this growing city lived in comfort and luxury, unaware of the darkness lurking just beyond their borders, those trapped within the factory's walls knew all too well the true horrors that existed in their midst.

The four young rich men were just seeking adventure and excitement when they stumbled upon Ivan Romanov among the oceans of people, not knowing he would soon drag them into a world where sadistic violence and depravity ruled. The men quickly realized that their thirst for adventure had led them down a dangerous path, one from which there may be no escape. Ivan took a liking to Jafeerah Sayed because he was a prince and believed he could use his influence and power to further his own twisted agenda. Little did Jafeerah know that his royal status would only make him a more valuable pawn in Ivan's sinister game of manipulation and control.

Their simple adventure turned into a dark and twisted nightmare, with Jafeerah caught in the middle of Ivan's dangerous schemes. As Ivan's true intentions became clear, Jafeerah found himself in a trap and could not even comprehend where everything went wrong. The prince realized too late that he had underestimated the depths of Ivan's deceit.

It was just a simple and casual interaction with a woman he was attracted to; he openly accepted that even with his wealth and looks, it was not enough to get a woman's attention. The rejection he got from the woman at the coffee shop was new, and fueling Jafeerah Sayed with a sense of humility and vulnerability that he had never experienced before, and knowing that the beautiful woman he was seeing had a boyfriend even made it worse.

He never wanted to do this but he was foolish enough to trust Ivan to settle this small social apathy. Little did Jafeerah know that Ivan had a reputation for being ruthless and vindictive when it came to matters of the heart. As he watched Ivan's plan unfold, Jafeerah realized he had made a grave mistake in trusting him.

But it was too late. The people who were illegally managing the place were all members of the Romanov clan. As they opened the van and took out the unconscious women inside, Ivan pointed out that the short haired woman was Jafeerah Sayed while pointing at him inside the van. The man nodded and ordered the others to carefully place the shot haired woman inside the VIP room and make sure she was fine. Jafeerah Sayed was not terrified as he unwillingly got involved with a criminal organization..

"Hey! Jafeerah , are you ok, man?"

" yes , i am just.."

"ha ha ha What a pussy!"

"Don't worry, man, my cousin owns this place and controls most of the cops around here,"

Jafeerah Sayed nodded not because he was relieved, but because he was scared of what might happen next. He knew he was in deep trouble, but for now, he had no choice but to play along with the situation.

"I'm fine, my friend."

"Just relax and get out of the van; the place looks sketchy," his friend Numa Samad replied, trying to reassure him. Jafeerah took a deep breath and stepped out of the van, hoping he could find a way out of this dangerous situation soon. The place was really worn out but the structural integrity was still intact. He could see men going inside the old factory, and some were average working type men; some were old enough to be the same age as his uncles.

Jafeerah Sayed Numa Samad was still oblivious to what the place held, but they knew they had to be cautious. Ivan set up a small area where they could relax. The place was surrounded by thick industrial plastic; it was like a medical isolation tent.

While Huang Shu and Koldan Egorov had already become familiar with the situation and were eager to explore further, Jafeerah and Numa felt a sense of unease creeping in. Everything that was happening now was no longer in their control. The two young Arab men never expected being friendly would lead them to this situation; even their parents warned them about it, and now they were starting to understand why. The feeling of unease only grew stronger as they realized the gravity of their situation.

As the two reluctantly entered the isolation tent, they were greeted by other men who were enjoying quality alcohol and two heavily drugged and dead women laying on long sofas. The sight made their stomachs turn as they were already starting to smell, even Ivan had to cover his nose and asked his cousins guards why were the dead women was still inside the tent,

"we are waiting for the guest to send the women away,"

" they are already dead, cant you smell it,"

"those idiots are to high to even notice the smell, let alone give out a order."

"even if they are our guest, this is disgusting."

"anyway, clean this place up and move our guest to different location."

" right away sir,"
