"Indra!"
"Beneath the Milk Sea, all the power and luxury you seek are there, among them is the Amrita, which grants eternal life."
Vishnu spoke in a calm voice.
Vishnu issued a Level S mission—Churn the Milk Sea!
Mission Reward: Restoration of divine power, other treasures, and the Amrita of immortality.
"However..."
"King of Asura, Jinmu is now transporting Mandara Mountain, under the guidance of Sukhacara Sage, he intends to use Mandara Mountain to churn the Milk Sea alone."
Hearing this, Indra nodded, realizing the situation.
"So Jinmu wants to thicken the Milk Sea; he intends to churn the sea into a gel, using Mandara Mountain as a stirring rod to extract the essence of the Milk Sea since he himself isn't large enough."
Vishnu tilted his head.
Though Indra's words sounded odd, they were indeed true.
"Exactly!"
Vishnu nodded earnestly.
"Jinmu possesses the Blessing Force, and his current power far exceeds yours; you are no match for him!"
As Vishnu's tone changed, he revealed a smile, indicating the difficulty of the situation.
At those words, the deities became flustered, filled with confusion and unease.
The Fire God Agni opened his mouth, while the expression on Sun God Surya's face was so dark it was hard to gauge his emotions, Water God Varuna stood dazedly in confusion, and Wind God Vayu's figure swayed.
Boom!
Rumbling!
The black Milk Sea churned tumultuously as the colossal form of the Asura King Jinmu appeared, holding the massive Mandara Mountain like a heavenly pillar, slowly descending into the sea.
Mandara Mountain, firm as the earth and propping up the heavens, rested in Jinmu's embrace.
His immense waist relaxing, he bent forward slightly and slowly began to move, like an old bear scratching against a tree, starting to stir.
The vast Milk Sea raised boundless waves, the dark water immeasurable and inexhaustible, beyond billions of miles, far exceeding a trillion, verging on the infinite.
Amidst the towering waves of the Milk Sea, the deities were thrown into panic.
"We simply can't defeat Jinmu!"
"We implore the Supreme Lord to save us!"
"Supreme Lord, please take action!"
Wind God Vayu and the other gods promptly cried out.
Upon hearing this, Vishnu smiled without saying a word and turned to Indra, speaking softly, "Indra, what do you think?"
"The Milk Sea is boundlessly wide, profoundly deep, and immensely accommodating. With his divine power, he can stand above the sea's surface, but holding the world's centerpiece, Mandara Mountain, he will likely sink."
Indra analyzed.
Churning the Milk Sea wasn't just about the efforts of the gods and the Asuras.
After bringing Mandara Mountain, they still required Vishnu, transformed into a divine tortoise as a winding device, to support Mandara Mountain and prevent it from sinking into the Milk Sea.
Though King Asura Jinmu possessed boundless divine strength, he was not as infinite as the sands of the Ganges, nor could he match the measureless great number.
Once his divine power was exhausted, if Jinmu did not release Mandara Mountain, he would be dragged down into the Milk Sea.
"Playing with Kamehameha isn't so easy, especially when it's Mandara Mountain you're holding!"
"Jinmu, I bet you don't have an indestructible kidney!"
With that thought, Indra looked toward Garuda.
"Garuda!"
Indra turned his head and spoke out, "Go to the Heavenly Realm now and bring all the other gods, and all the Gandharvas over. They are essential for churning the Milk Sea too!"
Garuda's mouth twitched.
He was not a subordinate of the Heavenly Emperor and had no intention of obeying Indra's commands.
"Although I should respect you, that doesn't give you the right to order me around!"
Garuda retorted.
"Hmm~you're right, he won't last long!" Vishnu said with a light smile. "Garuda! Indra is right, go ahead!"
Garuda: "..."
Garuda was speechless.
The Supreme Lord has been swayed by Indra!
But now that the Supreme Lord had spoken, Garuda had no choice but to comply.
```
Whoosh!
Garuda spread its wings and soared, flying towards the Heavenly Realm.
At that moment, Vishnu tilted his head and the Mysterious Wheel of Sight in his hand spun unceasingly, his gaze sharp as the wind, sweeping across Indra's entire body.
Surprise filled his heart.
If this had been the Indra of the past, he definitely would have belittled Jinmu at that moment, then angrily denounced Jinmu as overreaching, coveting his Heavenly Emperor throne, and truly deserving death.
His gaze shifted towards Jinmu, whose footsteps were getting heavier and more cumbersome, the Milk Sea already submerging his ankles and creeping towards his knees.
Boom!
Rumble!
Jinmu cradled Mandara Mountain in his hands and, with Divine Power surging, used the mountain as a pillar to churn the boundless Milk Sea.
"Teacher, I can't hold on any longer!"
Jinmu gasped for breath, his radiant eyes bloodshot, as his body began to fall into the Milk Sea.
"This isn't good!"
Upon witnessing this scene, Sukhacara Sage silently thought it was bad.
Jinmu had intended to use Mandara Mountain to stir the Milk Sea, but if he really let Mandara Mountain fall into the Milk Sea, the Three Aspects Deity would surely intervene.
Then Jinmu would be in danger!
Sukhacara Sage's face was grave as he quickly shouted, "Hang in there, I'll immediately go to Earth to call for other Asuras still with strength, do not let the Devas interfere!"
Whoosh!
No sooner had the words left his mouth than Sukhacara Sage dashed off to Earth to bring back many Asura soldiers to help stabilize Mandara Mountain.
Jinmu's eyes were wide open.
His immense body stood atop the Milk Sea, arms flushed red, cradling the giant mountain and unleashing a horrific dragon-elephant strength that shocked the gods.
For a moment, Mandara Mountain actually stabilized!
"Supreme Lord, why not take Mandara Mountain directly from his hands!"
Sun God Surya brought his hands together in salute toward Vishnu.
"Right now, he is holding Mandara Mountain but has not caused it to sink into the Milk Sea, has not harmed the world, nor violated the Righteous Law, if there is no necessity, the Three Aspects Deity will not interfere with the world,"
Vishnu said softly.
"We should follow the rules, right!"
Indra thought to himself.
"In that case, let's go and tickle him!" Indra waved his hand grandly, beckoning the gods to fly forward.
"!!!"
The gods felt fear in their hearts.
But out of trust for Heavenly Emperor Indra and the Supreme Lord, they still followed.
Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh!
Indra flew to Jinmu's eyes, which shone like the sun, and stood still before him, looking at the figure that was completely obscured, and couldn't help but feel astonished.
So huge!
The sheer disparity in size meant that even standing before Jinmu, Jinmu couldn't see him.
"Blind your eyes!"
Indra gathered his hands at his waist, summoning Divine Power, and a fierce burst of thunder light exploded from his hands, pushing outwards with a Kamehameha, instantly throwing it at Jinmu's eyes.
Rumble!
The thunder burst forth.
The blinding thunder light tore through the sky, shaking the infinite space, and suddenly brightened in front of Jinmu's eyes.
"Huh? Ahhh!!!"
A sound like a tidal wave or an earth-shattering roar suddenly erupted.
Jinmu's eyes hurt, and he was dazed, quickly closing them tight.
When he opened his eyes, he immediately realized he had been ambushed and looked straight in the direction of the thunder light.
The figures of the gods stood right by his side.
"Indra!"
Jinmu's voice thundered, echoing above the Milk Sea, causing Indra's ears to buzz.
Indra pointed with one hand and spoke.
"Jinmu, I've come to negotiate terms!"
