In the manor's separate courtyard, officials were riding on clouds and driving fog, smoking inferior cigars, and discussing the candidacy for the head of the cigar factory through the haze.
After a short discussion, they decided that Hans, the Court Chief, should take charge of the cigar factory.
Firstly, the work of the Court Chief was minimal, convening the manor's court once a week to deal with trivial neighborhood disputes. Other than that, the manor's court was seldom in session, sparing Hans from much work.
Secondly, Hans was an old smoker and had previously been arranged by Russell to lead the team in rolling the first Rain Dragon Cigars.
"Hans, once you're at the cigar factory, you must pay close attention to the quality and craftsmanship," Russell instructed. "Under no circumstance should any cigar be rolled with broken leaves; it must be a complete, unblemished tobacco leaf."
"Rest assured, Sir, I will strictly uphold the quality!" Hans quickly responded.
