An earthquake incident did not affect Lady Nico's promotion celebration, but instead provided a great topic of conversation for the banquet.

At the climax of the banquet, all the guests raised their glasses and then shouted Nico's name together.
Nico, standing on Lord Russell's shoulder, excitedly drank a glass of red wine that Russell had handed her, and instantly, her little face flushed with blush.
Then, she took off flying, circling the entire banquet hall, randomly shouting, "Nico Nico Nico!"
When she tired from flying, she landed back on Lord Russell's shoulders amidst the admiring, envious, astonished, and jealous gazes of the guests.
Russell smiled slightly and raised his glass, "Gentlemen, to victory!"

All the assembled guests raised their glasses and drank with Russell.
