In Russell's old home on Earth, one must tell a good story when selling an item, especially one with a hint of luxury.
The prime example was the little tin of tea.
What with the 3 years, 400,000 kilometers, and the joint efforts of 8 masters to create a masterpiece representing Chinese tea. Setting a standard for fine tea, making tea buying worry-free, and drinking tea simpler...
But don't other say, that little tin of tea really did sell well, to the extent that even Russell, in his previous life, bought some when he needed a gift to get things done. Everyone knew it was a bit of an IQ tax, but when you're out handling affairs, buying it could indeed show sincerity.
Just like luxury items, do the rich not know they're expensive? But they don't care, what they're buying is the prestige of its price.
If it isn't expensive, how can I prove I'm rich?
