The crisp surge of waves penetrated the outer magic barrier and echoed inside the temple.
Amphitrite, praying in the center of the hall, changed her expression abruptly and hastily materialized a set of Mountain Copper sword and shield, as if facing a formidable enemy, looking toward the slowly opening temple doors.
"Who's there?"

A gentle voice came through; Luo En pressed his palms together and offered Amphitrite a kind smile.
However, Amphitrite not only failed to relax but became even more vigilant, involuntarily stepping back several paces.
Luo En followed her gaze to see dozens of merfolk guards and ocean nymphs lying behind him and immediately understood the crux of the matter. He smiled and explained,
