"The High Priest and the Legion Commander's deaths must be known to Fentian Giant City by now," Ming Junting mused. "If they react quickly, they could arrive at Jiu Chi City through the teleportation array, and it wouldn't take long from there."
Chen Xing emerged from the Sìxiàng spirits and said to Ming Junting, "How could they possibly know?"
Ming Junting replied intently, "There's a method in the Exotic Region called the Life Worm. Each birth of these worms yields a pair—one male, one female. The Life Worms can sense each other; if one dies, the other feels a surge in its blood and its body color changes from red to blue."
