The funeral of Deng Youtai, Gang Leader of the Beggars' Sect, was conducted with grand solemnity.
It was said that on the day of the burial, all the Elders and Helmsmen of the Beggars' Sect's sub-rudders attended, along with many from the martial arts circles and nearly a hundred thousand disciples of the Beggars' Sect who spontaneously came to escort the old Gang Leader on his final journey.
As such, Deng Youtai's grave site was easy to locate; Ma Lu simply asked around and was pointed in the right direction. Furthermore, he inquired with a few more people and found the burial sites of three senior Beggars' Sect members, one of whom was Deng Youtai's mentor, and who was buried close to Deng Youtai, a convenient circumstance for Ma Lu to pay respect to both at once.
