"Jack, cover me!" Sun Jack then charged towards the main control console, which was suspended amid various-sized screens.
Just as Sun Jack unplugged the data cable, with a single command, all the console ports automatically shut down.
Automatic turrets began to fall from the ceiling, continuously shooting at both Sun Jack and Poet.
Amid soaring adrenaline, Sun Jack moved swiftly, dodging bullets as he rushed forward.
It seemed that he had to deal with this guy first.
With a "swoosh," a laser blade sprang from Poet's wrist and was firmly grasped by Sun Jack.
In the hail of bullets, Sun Jack didn't hesitate and lunged forward.
Facing Sun Jack's beheading move, his opponent burrowed into the Liquid Exoskeleton Armor, merging into one seamlessly.
Now clad in the Liquid Exoskeleton Metal, his opponent forcefully swung a mass of liquid metal, which transformed into a silver giant net in midair, flying towards him.
However, the next second, Sun Jack's right hand grasped in the air, and a golden laser rod quickly pierced through the metal wall, appearing before him.
With rapid movements of the laser rod creating intricate patterns, he dispersed the incoming liquid metal.
As flames jetted from the thrusters, Sun Jack charged at his opponent with great speed. "You're out of acts!" he shouted.
Seizing the opportunity, Poet quickly coordinated a pincer attack.
"Enough!" roared his opponent, and most of the liquid metal on her dispersed, forming sharp spikes that stabbed at both men.
Yet in that moment of vulnerability, another Sun Jack in battle armor suddenly appeared, delivering a swift sneak attack to his wide-open opponent.
"I sure as hell can't even trust number 43, did you really think I'd let Poet handle this alone?"
His opponent was abruptly slammed against the wall by the newly appeared Sun Jack, the laser rod advancing towards her head, yet the remaining liquid metal was still seeping into Sun Jack's armor.
"Sun Jack! I want to see who wins and who loses this time!" Following his opponent's several commands, nuclear bombs were launched from a nearby spacecraft carrier, rapidly approaching.
Even so, she wasn't willing to let Sun Jack infiltrate the node, preferring no command over being controlled.
But as the nuclear bomb drew nearer, Himalayas's massive body moved in between them, shielding Sun Jack from the bombs.
In that instant, Poet suddenly appeared from the side, swiftly decapitating his opponent.
Meanwhile, Sun Jack, controlling body number 43, arrived next to the console, his blade severing the console's external port.
"Tapai! Have UO ready! Prepare for internal infiltration!"
As the neural socket was physically connected, all the flames of battle became chaotic at that moment, the previously precise lasers began to malfunction, and some nuclear bombs even detonated within the interior of the spacecraft carrier.
As UO's Awakened AIs infiltrated the FFP system through the Decapitation Plan, their time had truly come.
A massive encirclement quickly dissolved, and the Himalayas began to counterattack.
Without coordination and amidst the chaos of the system, the uneven battle quickly drew to a close.
When night fell, the fierce battlefield finally quieted down.
Seconds later, everyone realized – they had won. Both the Himalayas and the interior of London City instantly erupted in elation.
In the main control room, Sun Jack picked up &'s head and smiled at her.
Although her head had fallen off, it was clearly just a Puppet. & had not died, she, like other Holy Grail People, remotely controlled this Puppet.
"It looks like I've won again," Sun Jack said to her.
& snorted coldly, "You think you've won? They're just some spacecraft carriers. We can have as many of those as we want, and my real body is elsewhere, you can't hurt me at all."
Relying on the fact that Sun Jack couldn't touch her at all, & continuously taunted him, but Sun Jack didn't care.
"I can't touch you, but it seems you've forgotten something. The plan where you made No. 43 take the blame has fallen through. This time, you can't deflect the blame, you have to take full responsibility. I'd love to see you keep this attitude when FFP comes looking for you."
Upon hearing this, &'s expression slightly shifted.
Seeing her reaction, Sun Jack knew he had guessed correctly.
After quickly thinking for a moment, Sun Jack came up with a plan, "How about this? Honestly, we don't really have that big a grudge, it's just a company job. Is it worth risking our lives? If we cooperate with each other, I'm willing to help you pin this on someone else."
Sun Jack was just testing her, if she agreed, then he'd have a hold on her, and she could only follow his lead from then on.
Hearing Sun Jack's suggestion, &'s face was full of mockery. Just as she was about to say something, it was as if she saw something incredibly terrifying, and her expression froze in extreme fear.
"Hey, hey, hey?" Sun Jack reached out to tap her head, but there was no response.
"What happened? Did she just disconnect? Has someone guessed my thoughts?" Sun Jack regretfully tossed &'s head aside and walked outside.
As the war ended, the battered Himalayas landed in a lake in London City and began repairs with the city's resources.
All of FFP's spacecraft carriers, drones, nanoworms, and liquid metal robots began corrections.
"Pop" The cork of a champagne bottle flew out and hit Tapai's screen due to Old Six's shaking.
"Ye!! Ye!! We won!!" Old Six stood on a table full of food, spraying white champagne at others at the celebration.
On the stage nearby, Poet held a guitar, passionately singing a love song, while a shirtless AA, drunk, continuously urged Linda Linda, who was kissing an accountant, to drink.
The whole room was in disarray; Sun Jack didn't stop it because he understood, after barely escaping death, everyone needed to vent their emotions, or else problems would arise.
He left the place, went to the lakeside to seek some quietness. Although they had won, this was just the beginning, it was far from time to celebrate.
As he discussed FFP's next moves and countermeasures with Think Tank, he saw Hopelily walking toward him with a sorrowful face.
Her expression formed a stark contrast to the fireworks filling the skies of London City.
