"Swoosh," the needles pierced into the bionic skin covering Tapai's body.
Analysis revealed not only highly radioactive dust on the surface but also a chaotic mixture of junkie-transmitted STD viruses within – an incredibly powerful combination.
If Tapai had been made of flesh and blood, he might have actually been wounded by these biochemical weapons. Unfortunately for his attackers, they were up against fully armed Tapai.
Realizing he'd been spotted, Tapai stopped pretending, as two laser blades instantly sprang out from the back of his forearms. His feet forcefully stamped on the ceiling, and like a starving tiger lunging for prey, he pounced downward.
Accompanied by the constant whooshing of his laser blades, shadows flew as the Wild Men's heads rolled. Distant assailants hoped for a sneak attack, but with Tapai tossing a few grenades their way, they lay in pieces, silent and still on the ground.
The disparity between them was too great, and within moments, the Wild Men were utterly defeated. If Tapai wished, destroying the Savage Cave was a matter of minutes.
Tapai didn't bother with the fleeing Wild Men; covered in blood, he grabbed the blind one nearby, yanked him up, quickly adjusted the language pack, and said menacingly in the Wild Men's tongue, "Speak, where is Sun Jack!"
"What... Sun Jack?" The blind man appeared utterly confused.
"Don't play dumb with me." After snapping the man's arm into an L-shape, Tapai projected an image of Sun Jack's entire body into midair.
"This is Sun Jack. You captured him; where have you hidden him!"
The next second, Tapai's warning radar went crazy with alerts.
Just as he forcefully shoved the blind man away, a wall marked with an 'F' burst open, and dozens of shells shot out from within it toward Tapai.
The intense explosion caused Tapai's soft, fair bionic skin to rapidly fade, revealing the explosion- and flame-resistant metal armor plate underneath.
When she emerged from the flames with her mechanical body fully exposed, she saw dozens of fully armed Wild Men emerge from the wall, covering each other.
These Wild Men from inside the wall were even more deformed than those outside. Almost unrecognizable as human, their bodies were covered in tumors, scars, and birthmarks, grotesquely swollen from excess, useless organs stuffed within.
Yet despite their deformities, these individuals were fully equipped with a variety of weapons.
Although they looked shabby, the weapons were indeed functional, and it seemed these were the same group that had previously driven away with Sun Jack in Metropolis.
Regardless of where these Wild Men had acquired their modern weapons, Tapai felt no fear and was ready to crush them.
However, as a Wild Man with fingers growing out of his eyes began to speak, he forcefully brought Tapai to a halt. "Come any closer, and I kill him."
This posed a challenge. Tapai noticed that these bloated Wild Men clearly weren't on the same intellectual level as those outside; not only could they use weapons, but they also knew how to make threats.
After a quick scan, Tapai realized their weapons were sophisticated, but their brains obviously lacked a nervous system. Even her most advanced hacking skills would be of no use against them.
Seeing no way to break through by force, Tapai decided to try a softer approach, "State your demands. Whatever you want, I can provide. I just need Sun Jack."
Quickly adjusting the focus, Tapai spotted all sorts of electrical equipment inside the wall – all wired up. It was hard to imagine that such a group of Wild Men had also adapted to electrical gear.
In response to Tapai's question, the Wild Men were unexpectedly uncooperative. "No, if we give him to you, we're finished. You're too powerful. Regardless of how much you gave us before, you could easily take it all back whenever you want."

"On the contrary, as long as he is in our hands, we will obtain everything."
"Fuck, you savages don't eat humans, but you've actually started eyeing up military strategies?"
Tapai tapped lightly twice, and a drone silently flew out from an opening behind him, initiating Mimetic Camouflage as it flew toward the wall above their heads.
As he was probing inside, Tapai engaged in conversation with the opponent outside, attempting to calm the other party.
The mess of metal equipment inside was of all sorts and piled up, making it difficult to utilize anything; from the current standpoint, there was no sign of Sun Jieke's Original Body.
But, according to the detailed clues, Sun Jieke's Original Body had to be here; he was very close to it, extremely close, indeed.
"Where could it be? Is it locked inside one of these machines, or perhaps even deeper?"
However, just as Tapai continued to explore deeper, a hissing sound suddenly came through; the drone, for some unknown reason, instantly lost its balance and plummeted to the ground.
Before long, the damaged drone appeared in the hands of the savage leader, his twisted and deformed face with its single eye coldly staring at Tapai.
"Did you think I wouldn't guard against these little ships? We may be 'wild men' in your mouths, but we are not fools!"
Afterward, he scrutinized Tapai in front of him, a trace of contemplation in his sole eye.
"It seems he is quite important to you. You've made a mistake, and for that, you must pay the corresponding price. Now, kneel before me, or I shall begin to torture Sun Jieke."
Tapai slightly startled, knelt to the ground without hesitation, but in the next second, two large hands supported his knees. "Don't kneel!"
Two fully-armed Sun Jieke Clones, with stern faces, gradually appeared between Sun Jieke and the savages.
"How did you get here?" Tapai asked in surprise, looking at them.
"We were worried something might happen to you. Don't think that just because you're a robot you can degrade yourself like this," said the Sun Jieke Clone, who charged at the savages without hesitation.
The savages were instantly frightened out of their wits, "Come any closer, and I'll kill him!"
Sun Jieke struck the man's head with a cudgel. "Then kill him! You think I'm scared? Fuck, I'm not even afraid of the Holy Grail! Do you think I can be threatened by a bunch of savages?!"
As Sun Jieke's firepower raged on, the outcome was sealed, and the entire cave was instantly engulfed in a storm of bloodshed.
Faced with Sun Jieke's approach, the savages also fought back, and the entire cave shook continuously, seeming on the verge of collapsing.
"You're going to get the original body killed like this," Tapai rushed over, trying to stop the impending disaster.
Sun Jieke patted him on the shoulder, "The original body is indeed important, but there are things more important than the life of the original body, such as you."
"Don't think that you're inconsequential. There can be countless Sun Jiekes, but there is only one Tapai."
