Chapter 411 - Chapter 413 Initial Intention

"Jack! What are you spacing out for?"

Hilda's tender voice snapped Sun Jack back to reality. He stared at the campfire before him, illuminated by the yellow glow of the fire, the stacked tires, the battered guitar, and various red graffiti on the wall.

Only then did he realize that this was the once abandoned rat nest.

Anan, Solomon, and even the once paramount Neural Key were there, singing and dancing joyfully, dreaming of a bright future.

The acid rain kept dripping on the glass overhead, creating a rustling white noise that was almost lulling.

Everything here was frozen at the most beautiful moment of the Rat Alliance Battle Line.

As Sun Jack was lost in thought, Hilda, sitting on the ground beside him, stretched out her hands, cradling Li Jack in her arms and looked up at the acid rain isolated above.

"Do you think when that day actually comes, will we still be together?"

"Don't worry, we definitely will be," Sun Jack said, reaching out to hold Hilda's soft hands.

"If I die, please don't be sad for me. Even if I'm in heaven, I'd love to see our Utopia become reality."

"It will, it definitely will."

"Ah, I really wish that day would hurry up and come," Hilda said softly, embracing Sun Jack and savoring the beautiful moment.

Unconsciously, Sun Jack's eyes brimmed with tears, which he couldn't hold back anymore.

Just then, Sun Jack suddenly saw others also come up to him, saying earnestly, "Don't forget our oath, remember our original aspiration!"

Sun Jack nodded vigorously, "I haven't forgotten, I haven't!!"

The next second, everything turned into foam, including Hilda beneath him. Without any support, a strong sensation of weightlessness overwhelmed him, and Sun Jack kept falling into the darkness below.

He kept falling, falling, until he finally landed heavily on a bed.

Lying on the bed for a while, he then realized that he must have been dreaming, as his lace-pillow had been soaked through with tears.

Wiping his eyes, he sat up and looked around at the cute pillows and sky-blue sheets, knowing this wasn't his home.

"Boss, you haven't slept in days, you just passed out," said AA, with her hair all messy, bringing three buns to Sun Jack.

"So, this is your house?" Sun Jack asked, looking around.

"Yes! How do you like it? I made all the furniture myself!" AA said, wrapping her arm around Sun Jack's neck happily.

"I was actually thinking of taking you back to your place, but there were already two bosses in your bed," AA stuck out her tongue.

Sun Jack nodded in understanding and patted the bed, unable to help but comment, "Your bed is really big."

Not only was the bed big, but it also had many occupants. It was only when Sun Jack got up that he realized that at the foot of the bed lay three AAs cuddled together.

"Boss, how are you feeling now? Do you want Delete to take a look at you?"

"No need, just ordinary ailments, my body can heal itself."

Reflecting on the dream he just had, Sun Jack felt a bit melancholy. Yes, he had finally succeeded, but now, he was alone, and the road ahead was his to walk alone.

After clearing his throat, Sun Jack looked at AA in front of him, "The technology I shared with you, did you use it?"

AA nodded, "I did, and it's super useful." After saying that, her face flushed red and she giggled.

Sun Jack looked at her disdainfully, "Where did you use it? I can't believe you."

"Forget it, I don't want to deal with you. Just live your life well like the rest of you AAAAA's, that's more than enough. I've got work to do, remember, always protect your original body."

As he spoke, Sun Jack picked up a coat from beside him and draped it over himself, walking towards the outside.

Half an hour later, at the Hotdog Bar where Sun Jack once gathered with other mercenaries, the place was bustling.

"Today, our great leader, Mister Sun, spoke at the Metropolitan Federation, and moved by his sincerity, the members of Parliament unanimously agreed to increase employee benefits voluntarily, including vacation days and healthcare."

"Moreover, they also said that all companies would allocate a portion of their revenues to boost Metropolis's income! Totally eliminating all hunger in Metropolis! From now on, Metropolis will absolutely not allow anyone to go hungry!"

Watching everything in the holographic image, the mercenaries in the Hotdog Bar cheered and immediately began to boast, praising Sun Jack highly.

"Sun Jack is freaking awesome!! He's the only one who can control his own clone!"

"Awesome is awesome, but I heard he sold a mold of his colon before."

"Big feats require overlooking minor details! This just shows how broad-minded Sun JK is!"

"I heard he also likes driving big trucks."

"Unique taste! Leading by example for the minority! Caring for the vulnerable groups!"

"I heard he likes banging robots, he banged them till they started leaking oil."

"Wow! To be able to bang like that? Our leader Sun Jack really has great stamina!"

For a time, under the various braggings of the scholars, Sun Jack became unparalleled, creating a burst of rainbow bubbles inside the bar.

Meanwhile, in a corner of the bar, Sun Jack, who had casually changed his face after adjusting his muscles, was drinking with the Priest, while naturally overhearing the surrounding conversations.

"What, you want to go for some feudalistic stuff? You aiming to be an emperor?" The Priest slammed a book with the Sickle Hammer Cross on the table.

"Can we stick to the facts? I don't even have a son, how could I be an emperor? Who would I pass the throne to?"

"Then what the hell are they doing? What's your company's media doing?"

"Fuck! If they want to do it, what can I do? Ban it all with a law? Weaken my own legitimacy in managing the Metropolis?"

"Besides, you know their temperament, don't you, Priest? They help whoever wins, don't worry, they'll disperse on their own if we ignore them!"

The Priest picked up his dark beer and took a big gulp, "As long as you're aware, that's good. Now that you've successfully overthrown the Holy Grail, what do you plan to do next?"

Sun Jack leaned back in his chair, lighting two cigarettes and began to smoke, "BCPD has already done a share exchange with Utopia Security, the enforcement power of BCPD must be in my hands."

"Next, centering around the Federation, I'll temporarily establish a government system to redistribute resources and increase avenues for advancement."

The Priest shook his head, seemingly unconvinced. "The supply and demand relationship hasn't changed, the conflicts still exist and haven't been eliminated, the ultimate system will still become a centralized government, not much different from feudalism."
