"Fuck..." Sun Jack lay back and began to roll around in confusion. As Tapai spoke, his once-settled heart was thrown into chaos again.
"But... but no, that's not right!" Sun Jack suddenly sat up, grabbed Tapai and dragged him in front of himself, ready to thoroughly discuss the whole situation, the cause and effect.
"Look, I'm from the year 2025, right? I lay in space for over a thousand years, right?" Sun Jack said point by point.
"I can't guarantee anything else, but I can guarantee that in my time, there definitely wasn't any machine capable of modifying memories!"
Tapai shook his head again, "If memories were really modified, then your belief that you are a person from a thousand years ago could itself be false. This proof doesn't hold up."
"I'm not from that era? I'm not a person of the 21st century?"
