"Boss, are you okay?" AA, holding a bunch of stuff, walked in and looked at Sun Jie and Tapai inside the room.
"I'm fine, I'm fine," Sun Jie stretched out his hand to catch a fistful of acid rain and washed his face with it. "You came just in the nick of time. Sift through this place and see if there's anything valuable or useful."
"Yeah, sure!"
Perhaps due to the scuffle earlier, coupled with the soaking rain, hardly anything intact was left inside the house.
But to AA, this wasn't the case. Excited, she set aside the things she was holding and dove into the garbage, occasionally letting out a cheer, like a little hamster that had stumbled into a pile of snacks.
Even though AA thought everything had value, even a broken piece of copper, since three people couldn't carry much, and with the power outage, the factory's repair department had already arrived, they could only pick out the most valuable things.
