The pandas in the video were too clever, with some climbing over walls by grabbing the iron bars, and others took the moment when the keeper turned around to place food to roll out of the gate. One little fellow even snuck out the door like a little thief, tiptoeing behind the keeper when he left the panda enclosure. If not for the surveillance, it would have indeed escaped.
There was even a panda that, while frolicking with the keeper, managed to steal the keys hanging from his waist...
