He increased the brightness of his vision gear only to see the Rat Clan eradicated, with not a single survivor, including thousands of starving refugees who were in the process of transforming into Ratmen, now all murdered.
Yanagawa Fumihiko estimated that roughly 30,000 to 60,000 Ratmen had perished silently beneath Shangjing.
