From within the curtain of rain, the sound of dress shoes splashing through water could be heard, followed by two dozen umbrella-toting office workers stepping out.
Li Pan, "..."
"I want his sword."
The office workers folded their umbrellas, drew their swords, and stepped into the pool of blood.
Damn, out of strength, my hands are shaking...
Li Pan took a Sword Pellet out of his pocket.
"Fagui, slash."
No response; Fagui didn't move an inch.
Oh shit, looks like I'm done for this time.
Then Li Pan heard his own voice whispering in his ear.
"Hold me in your mouth."
Li Pan immediately removed his gas mask, spat out a mouthful of bloody water, and clamped the Sword Pellet between his teeth.
Fagui, "Blow."
Blow? Oh, Daoist Breath, right.
Fuu...
Whoosh! The Daoist Breath swirled around the Sword Pellet held on the tip of Li Pan's tongue, turning into a gentle breeze.
With one sweep of that breeze, a head rolled to the roadside.
