Apart from the fact that they don't yet know about Li Pan becoming sworn brothers with the monster and getting into the fray personally, the Security Bureau probably has a pretty good idea of the company's little schemes. They turned a blind eye, most likely because everyone else died and Li Pan survived, so they just had to hold their noses and accept it.
Naturally, from the perspective of the board of directors and the CEO of 01, they probably wouldn't think that this event was some impromptu retaliation by a small-town Security Bureau agent, seeking to help a fellow townsman manager ascend to power by killing the competition.
